This stylish Muskoka retreat sleeps up to 8 guests and includes Wi‑Fi, fireplace, Smart TV, BBQ, kayak, paddle board, and a fully equipped kitchen. Pet-friendly and ideal for elevated group getaways, couples’ escapes, or relaxing weekends close to nature.

No smoking inside house or out buildings
No loud music at any time during the day or night,

Enjoy the outdoors around the fire and have a normal and quiet conversation, but your voices should be kept at a minimum. No intoxication, boisterous activities, and/or disturbing the peace at any time will be tolerated.

Failure to maintain quiet enjoyment of our place will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation & eviction.

NO use of fireworks on the property at any time

You must also acknowledge security deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged upto $750.
