"The breakfast was not consistent, but there was a wide variety. I think for being a Michelin star it should’ve had homemade pastries not store-bought. I also feel like it should’ve had a small microwave in the room and makeup wipes or makeup towel or something to clean your face with. The bedding was amazing Mattress a bit soft for our taste, but that’s a hard one to get right."

"Our only concern, as seniors, was the steep stairs. We were in a downstairs room one night, with stairs down to the first floor. Then we moved to a second floor room, with even steeper stairs. Perhaps a dumb waiter to help with luggage? But the property is lovely, beautifully appointed rooms, excellent service, wonderful staff. Highly recommend!"

"The property is conveniently located in an ideal location centrally to many walkable attractions. It is on one of the most beautiful streets in the historic area. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The courtyard was a relaxing retreat throughout the day. The hotel was offering breakfast that was creative and delicious. They also offered an evening wine and cheese social which provided an opportunity to meet with others staying at the property. ...

"The Ann Savannah was a great place to stay for my quick trip to Savannah. The parking and check in process was quick and easily. Staff at the front dress were professional and helpful. My room was stock with what I needed and very comfortable. It was great having the kitchen! I took off 1 star on Maintenence only because the curtains in the bedroom were not hung correctly (the "pull" wand to close the curtains was not attached to the curtains)....but the blinds worked and were sufficient. ...

"The building is beautiful and very charming. The room we stayed is very spacious and it was for the most part well maintained considering that is an old building. The curtain to the terrace is not well placed and has zip ties holding and some wiring. The jet tub was not very clean and barely hot water. Fully open was just luck warming and even after waiting more than the 5 min they asked (15 min). I asked the staff to change the water heater temperature as plumber, I knew what I was asking. It...

From entering the home we were greeted by our wonderful hostess Abigail, we found her to be friendly, polite and very accommodating with answering questions and providing information about the area. "Nice bed and good breakfasts. However, hated the spray spigots in the shower, the BR window frame was rotting, and just did not like the Bathroom at all; the AC vents were grossly dirty/molded throughout. The downstairs lobby area was very nice but everything in it’s entirety needed a good cleaning.. I would not recommend it."

"Room was very quaint. Could use a deep clean. Dropped an earring and had get under the dresser to get it and there was a lot of dirt and trash under it. Restaurant was beautiful and food was delicious. Bar was very nice. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and River St."

"$25 to park your car yourself in the parking spots that are there for each room. We had two rooms. One was cleaner…although it needed maintenance. The other was dirty and needed ALOT of maintenance. Tiles falling off in bathroom. Rusty shower. Paint peeling from everywhere. Damaged trim. Could see light through cracks in windows and doors. Had to dust before using air conditioner so we didn’t inhale all of it. Bugs! Two roaches in room (not big ones, cause that’s how staff tried to justify...

"The cost of the hotel was very reasonable for the size of the unit. The kitchen had everything that we needed, and the bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels. The beds were pretty comfortable. The only thing I would nitpick about the hotel are the pillows, they were too soft for us. Even after stacking them, our heads would pretty much be on the mattress after a few hours. Overall the hotel was great, I would just suggest bringing along a pillow you like (if possible)."
