"Our extended family of 9 stayed for 5 nights at Riverwalk. The ranch style home is very well designed for large groups with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces. Elias prepared delicious meals, provided tips for exploration, and even a doctor for an unforeseen allergic reaction. Laundry, dishes, cleaning, and baggage were all taken care of seamlessly. We were entertained by Black Iguanas in the garden and the birding right from the front porches. We highly recommend this property!"

"Our family had a great time during our spring break. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for our day trips to the ATM cave, Mayan ruins in Belize, and visiting Tikal. The host was great and met us on arrival and was there for check out. You should also consider arranging for the arrival dinner. It was really good and made for a relaxing first night.the gardens were beautiful, well maintained and the kids loved the pool."

"We took our large family group of 9 to explore some Mayan sites and do the ATM cave tour. The location was perfect for that and to walk around San Ignacio. The location was central to town, the market and many restaurants. Being in town there was a little more noise at night so be prepared for that. A great place to stay. We will be back!"

"Great location for us to base our adventures in San Ignacio! Our hosts were attentive and were quick to respond to any issues we had! The pool was an excellent bonus that we used every night! Highly recommend staying here for San Ignacio "

"Beautiful property within a community still being built. This is going to be a fantastic development when fully finished. You definitely will need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to access it (especially in the rainy season). Comfy beds and pillows, cool A/C, lovely pool, beautiful views, all the comforts of home away from home. Stay here, you will not be disappointed! Enjoy!!!"

"This property is worth every penny. Close enough to San Ignacio that most tours picked me up for free or a small fee. I took a morning walk to the orchard, enjoyed incredible food at the on site restaurant, and everyone working there made us feel extremely well taken care of. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Pine Tree Villa. The space was clean, comfortable and convenient. The home is a 30 minute walk from central San Ignacio, so the neighborhood is quiet but it's still easy to stop by town."

"We enjoyed our stay here. We did the ATM cave, cave tubing, Xunanatunich, and ATV driving. Close to town so you can walk. Person on property to help with whatever needed. Gate that closes at night for security. "

"This home was lovely and spacious for our family of 5 - comfortable beds, AC, and well appointed! We loved having coffee on the back patio listening to the birds and the plunge pool was refreshing after a day exploring the town. Easy walk (be prepared for the uphill back home) to Cahal Pech and wonderful local restaurants. Great communication with the host - we can’t wait to return!"

"Had a great stay here. The home is very spacious and provides everything you could need while staying. The bedrooms are big, great AC and comfy beds. The owner Mark was super friendly and quick to answer any questions I had during my week stay. "

"Property was in excellent condition and very clean. Front room has no A/C but if both bedroom doors were open and the fans were turned on, it cooled down nicely. We only used the A/C when we were there during the day and we were fine. The furnishings were fine too. Neighbor hood was typical Belize with both nice and run down houses. We enjoyed our stay and there were plenty of places to eat and things to do. Everywhere we ate was very good. If you visit Belize don’t expect 5 star...
