Newly Remodeled Hillside Unit at the Hideaways

Come enjoy our freshly remodeled piece of paradise located on the Hillside at the Hideaways resort, central to everything in Great Exuma. A stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa complete with dining room, living room with 60" Smart TV powered by Starlink Internet, full kitchen with brand new full size appliances, full size washer and dryer and a MUST in the Bahamas - all brand new AC units in all rooms to keep you cool after a long, hot day on our gorgeous beaches. Brand new King beds in both bedrooms with comfy and cozy pottery barn linens. Living Room has Queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space as well.

Enjoy our gorgeous Polywood dining set on the front deck with views of the harbor. Quick 3 minute walk to Splash restaurant and the beach at Hideaways and a 5 minute walk to the stunning Jolly Hall beach. Full use of the hideaways amenities for up to 4 adults and all children under the age of 12 including a gorgeously remodeled pool, kayaks, paddle boards, exercise room and a shuttle in to town.

We've stocked the kitchen with everything you are accustomed to at home. Hexclad cookware, Cuisinart coffee maker with both K-cup and carafe options, air fryer, 4 slot Cuisinart toaster, knife block, blender and all the dishes and cooking utensils you could wish for.

We've remodeled both bathrooms to include one full stand up tiled shower with tiled bench, marble vanity sink and 2nd bathroom with newly tiled shower, new fixtures and updated hardware.

We are enthusiastic about helping our guests plan their vacations from start to finish!

This villa was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make meals. All the little extras made a big difference. We had all the paper products, detergent and trash bags needed for our entire stay. The beds were very comfortable. It really felt like our home away from home for the week. The owner was very responsive and so easy to work with.

This is a beautifully renovated condo unit at the Hideaways Resort. The host, Tricia, was very responsive and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo itself is outstanding! Everything inside is in top shape, including all new appliances, AC units, etc - it really made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Amazing trip for first timers in Exuma!

This unit has it all. Literally. We traveled out west last year and stayed at multiple VRBO’s for a month. None were so well equipped as this. Beach towels and beach chairs? She has them. Fully stocked kitchen, including an air fryer and coffee maker. They also had plenty of board games to play as well. Each bathroom had q-tips and cotton balls. Plus, ample toilet paper and paper towels. They literally have thought of everything you might need. The unit is gorgeous and has plenty of space for our crew. The Hideaway location is honestly the perfect spot. It is centrally located, has so many onsite amenities plus the ease of just grabbing food at Splash (which my crew did several times). Super quick response to any questions I had and gave great tips for the island as well. Amazing trip and highly recommend!

Would DEFINITELY book again (6 stars!)

Thank you Tricia for everything…the unit was exactly as advertised. Beautifully redone and stocked with quality items making for a great vacation. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a cooler with ice packs made daily trips to a variety of beaches a breeze! Keurig/coffee pot, air fryer, ice maker, washer/dryer, vacuum, and a fully furnished kitchen made us feel just at home. Plenty of space for my husband and I and two kids (9/11) who shared the guest room and bath. Room for two more on a pull out sofa if needed. Yes you can drink the tap water and yes the water pressure and temp in the showers are great :). Tricia was a great host who answered any questions we had prior to and during the vacation. She even went above and beyond for us as we ran into a pre-travel issue. If you rent a car you have a designated parking space. Full access to the Hideaways amenities-pool (and pool towels), paddle boards, kayaks, gym and game room along with Splash restaurant on site. Cannot say enough good things about this place-hopefully will be able to visit again!

Beyond Expectations

Our host Tricia was the best VRBO host I’ve ever dealt with! She kept us informed throughout the whole process. The villa was clean, well equipped, nicely maintained and decorated. Don’t think twice book now! Also beach chairs and umbrella provided a real plus!

We were pleasantly impressed with the beautiful home, easy going and laid back environment. From finding the location of the suite, to checking in and finding activities around the property we were very pleased with how amazing the place was. Highly recommended this spot!

What a fantastic unit at the Hideaways! It was very updated and incredibly stocked. Able to walk to a couple amazing beaches and still have access to The Hideaways amenities. The host - Tricia - was extremely communicative and full of helpful information. She went above and beyond any host we have ever rented from in so many ways. We ended up cooking at the condo and it was very well stocked. Tricia also paid attention to so many details to make our stay so much nicer. We rented a car from Charlene, the property manager, and she was also wonderful to work with. The location was close to so many things but we were very glad we had a car to discover so many more beautiful beaches. Loved Exuma and loved this property. Definitely recommend and we hope to return!

Property is very nicely updated!! Tricia was very easy to communicate and full of information! The facility has a great restaurant, pool, and beach area! Very conveniently located. The only complaint would be the comfort of the mattresses they are very hard, but I do understand some people prefer that! HIGHLY Recommend!!

Can’t wait to return- excellent condo!

This is a lovely property with many amenities. The property owner has updated this condo and provided a clean, comfortable home away from home for her guests. I was so impressed to find high end bed linens, a high chair and portable crib, and all the kitchen tools needed to prepare meals at home. The host was very responsive and provided helpful island information prior to our arrival. Excellent central island location convenient to grocery and restaurants. Resort offers nice beach and convenient restaurant too.

Beautiful

Condo is exactly as listed. Everything you need for a beach vacation we even received a restaurant list recommendation for car rental and a resident discount on a local tour. The hideaways property is nice and staff very friendly. Shuttle does not run after five. restaurants nearby are Limited.. My only suggestion would be to bring food if you have an allergy..
