Vista Blue Exuma
From the moment you enter the front door and gaze upon the incredible blue vista of the Exuma Bank you’ll know that you have found a true Bahamian paradise. This newly constructed luxury home is perfectly located on beautiful Tar Bay with miles of walkable white sand beach and conveniently located between the airport and Georgetown.
Of course, Vista Blue is all about the water so you will be able to take full advantage with an incredible infinity edge heated pool, water toys, floats, kayaks, and snorkel gear. The outdoor entertainment area has everything you need with chaise lounges, a fire pit, a hammock, outdoor dining area and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. When you're ready to hit the sand a private staircase brings you down to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!
If you want to spend some time indoors you won’t give up the view with a huge great room featuring 2 seating areas, a dining table that seats 10, a 75” TV with oversize couch, a bar, a wine fridge, gaming table and of course a gourmet kitchen.
Once the day is over you can retire to one of 5 luxury master suites each with king size bed and large private ensuite bath. Three of the bedrooms feature incredible ocean views and one has additional bunk beds.
Vista Blue is a stunning luxury getaway for couples or families looking for the perfect beachfront paradise that takes full advantage of all that the beautiful Exumas has to offer. Please note, holidays require a week end to week end booking.

My family had the most amazing week at this absolutely gorgeous house. The back pool area was so beautiful (as were the amazing views from the living area inside). We enjoyed sitting outback, playing cornhole, being in the pool and walking steps down to the beach to enjoy the kayaks and paddleboards. The kitchen is very well stocked to enjoy cooking in and we enjoyed a couple of meals at Coco Plum and Blue on the Water nearby. Most beautiful beach stay that you can imagine!! We also recommend checking out Only Sands Charters for an unforgettable day on the water seeing the most amazing sites and snorkling! Thank you Kevin and Linda for thinking through every possible detail to make this an unforgettable experience for our family. Your home is so very beautiful and cozy!

This is the third time we have been to Exuma and this house is our favorite by far. The house was exactly as described, actually exceeding our expectations. All the furnishings are exceptional and the beds super comfy! The kitchen is well stocked and equipped, perfect for making meals or just to hang out in. While the inside is fantastic, it cannot compare to the outside area. The covered sitting areas, the pool and the fire pit … combined with the VIEW make it a vacationer’s dream. A couple of suggestions would be to provide lots of citronella candles because the mosquitoes were plentiful. Also, outdoor fans would be a plus!! Other than that, this property is sheer perfection. Oh, and Kevin, the Host, was very responsive and attentive throughout our stay. We hope to return soon!!

Perfection!

We came for our annual family vacation! There were 6 of us and this home was amazing! So beautiful and comfortable! The views were incredible and the infinity pool in to the ocean was hard to even believe it was real. We had the best time staying and can’t wait to come back and stay again! Family Vacation

What an absolutely gorgeous home that fit 5 couples perfect!! The size of the rooms and house was amazing but still 2nd to the phenomenal outdoor space!! There are not words to describe how perfect the home was for us!! The power went out while we were there due to a wire coming off a pole up the road and the property manager was on top of it and made sure we had all we needed every step of the way. The back up generator was filled with diesel and kept full to run all night so we were never even slightly inconvenienced! The owner was also very responsive to pretrip questions. Absolutely perfect! Can’t wait to come back!

July 4th with family and friends

This is our second time traveling to Exuma. We stayed next door last year with a similar experience. The location and home were perfect for our vacation. We had no trouble getting immediate responses from our property manager with any questions and/or needs. We will definitely be back and Vista Blue will be the first home we look for!

WOW! Vista Blue was truly amazing. Location was perfect, close to Airport, local restaurants and grocery stores. Home was excellently maintained with issues - the ice maker was a game changer as we were there over a Bahaman holiday and all the stores were closed for the day. Definitely get a prearrival order of beer and food delivery it was well worth it.Host and local management were awesome to deal with; we will definitely make are turn visit next year.

Perfect family wedding

We celebrated our family with our adult kids/spouses for our beautiful beach wedding. The location was perfect, the house met all of our needs including our 2 yr old granddaughter. Girls Trip to Celebrate Birthday

The house was superb! Fully equipped, comfortable, spacious and THE VIEW!! worked well for our group of 5 women that could independently decide to take a walk on the beach, kayak, or just lounge by the pool. The recommended services were great from the taxi services, to grocery delivery and in-house chef. Pack bug spray with deet, 3 out of us 5 got a bunch of bites, where the other 2 were unaffected. Only need to worry around dusk is when they come out and then go away once the sun sets. Bedding was high quality and very comfortable. We had an awesome time and have already referred others to Blue Vista!!

The house is extraordinary, listing doesn’t do it justice. Was perfect for our family, the pool and basically private beach, are amazing. Kevin the owner was very accommodating, especially when some of our flights were canceled. We will return again for sure and highly recommend for anyone wanting to vista Great Exuma.

Family celebration

We had a wonderful time at Vista Blue with our family. The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. This was our third time on the island and this was our favorite house by far. We ordered groceries to be delivered upon arrival which made it so nice. The heated pool was perfect. We will definitely be back again.

Beautiful beachfront house

This house is the most gorgeous beachfront property I have ever seen! The owner and property manager are wonderful communicators and it is even more beautiful than the pictures. The outside pool area (heated pool, very enjoyable temperature) is a wonderful place to spend outdoors and the beach is also a white, sandy beach with gorgeous turquoise waters and a beautiful place to sit and swim. It does not look real. The kitchen has everything you need. Each bedroom is beautiful with its own bathroom. It comes equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, snorkeling equipment, paddle boards, kayaks, truly everything you need for a beach vacation. The owners Linda and Kevin went above and beyond in their communication, recommendations and welcome. We were a group of 10 women celebrating our 50th birthdays and we did not want to leave. Highly recommend, book this house!

Unbelievable Vacation Home

The photos do not do it justice. This home is beautiful!!!! We have traveled and stayed in homes many times, but this one was beyond what we expected. It was my 60th birthday with my family and friends there *(10 of us) so we cooked in a lot. Everything was there that we needed and was very very nicely furnished. Beds were super comfy, A/C was perfection (which is important), pool was heated which was perfect on cool nights, wifi is awesome (which we needed to be fast), pool area had super comfy seating area, THE VIEW was so beautiful that it didnt seem real, the beach area was private and perfect for the kids. Home is about 10 minutes from Georgetown, 5 minutes to airport, 5 minutes to grocery store, 20 min to BLU (our fav restaurant), the home was so well thought out that if we were building it we wouldn't change a thing in the layout.

Stunning Property

We had an amazing trip to Exuma and loved Vista Blue. The house is fantastic, everything you need is on site. Gorgeous beaches and crystal clear water. If you are looking for a chill vacation this is spot. Exuma is not the place for night life Cool beach beach bars on Stocking Island, so definitely rent a boat for a day.

A wonderful escape

We had such an amazing at Vista Blue. The house was exactly as listed (maybe even better), communication was great across the board, and there was everything we needed available. This was a multigenerational family vacation and there was plenty of space for us all. This was a great space for our toddlers, our teen niece and the rest of the adults. So many games to play, utensils to cook with, Wi-Fi was great, and plenty of linens. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Perfect in Every Way

We’ve been staying in Exuma since 2015, and this is the best property we have found. The amount of bedrooms/beds and bathrooms was perfect for our family of 12. We couldn’t believe that on most days, we had the beach to ourselves.. The beach toys and chairs provided were exactly what we needed. The pool was perfect for the kids and adults. The tanning ledge was the perfect touch. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The large griddle is the perfect touch!
