"I stayed at this property, near the local hospital, for a next day med procedure. The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. My wife and I awoke with little rest and terrible back aches. Hence, a tough following day. The room was old yet conveniently located. The reviews were mixed and I took the chance. Bad choice. Not again. I expected more from Marriott!"

"Left before Breakfast, so do not know. Airport Shuttle, hourly does not make sense, also not sure whether this is advertised while booking. Maybe You all could a deal with lyft or uber to provide rides for a reasonable charge ($10, oneway), and get rid of your shuttle all together? but let customers know about this discounted charge"

"The staff were outstanding! However my first night in the room I was put in there were critters inside room including one in my bed definitely was a problem.! I was relocated to another room next morning. Had a lot of problems with room key one day it would work the next it wouldn't so with me getting off work late I would be locked outside til 7am or later til hotel employees began to arrive no free nights were offered even with being locked outside entire night, the one in the lobby used to...

"everthing was great except they alternate between oatmeal and grits...I would have oatmeal every day since most places provide it and only southern people on travel would eat grits...most other hotels have oatmeal every day...why not both?"

"The male desk clerk has the worst attitude. The towels are nasty dingy. The sheets are also dingy and stained. The comforter was the same with white spots on it. Luckily, I travel with linen; sheets and towels. The only saving grace was there were no bugs!"

"There was no kettle in the room. there were no basic supplies (like a mug, teaspoon, kettle). It was not possible to make a cup of tea. I went to reception area. They didn't have kettle at all. just coffee machine. but no option to boil water for tea. Poor service."
