"This is a nice hotel, excellent value for the price. Friendly welcome - not particularly by design, I was right on the nice and early check in time of noon and my room was ready. Ample off road parking. A little out of town if you're walking but "local" supermarkets are nearby. Convenient for the coast, RSPB Reserve. Again, for the price paid it was great value and I would definitely stay again."

"We did not stay at this hotel as when we went to check in the hotel advised that they were double booked and they had arranged an alternative hotel. When we got to the alternative hotel the rooms were not ready and it was 7.45pm before we finally got into our room.
