Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space! Perfect for families, friends, bachelor & bachelorette groups, our home sleeps up to 10 guests and offers all the amenities of home! Located minutes away from 30+ Grand River Valley Wineries, the famous Geneva-on-the-Lake Strip, beaches and the Historic Ashtabula Harbor, you will always find something to do, grab your friends and we'll see you soon!

Featuring 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, a large eat-in kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer, I know you'll feel comfortable and right at home.

We provide linens, towels, extra blankets and pillows. We also provide toiletries, dish, laundry and cleaning supplies, a stocked first aid kit and many extra items you might need or forgot to pack!

This rental is complete with self-check-in, Wi-Fi, Roku TVs ALL with Hulu Live, Disney+ and ESPN+, and central AC and heating.

Outside:

❄️Our patios are "winterized" during the cold and snowy months. Typically ranging from November-March. Access to the patio furniture may be limited during these times and are open during the warmer summer/fall months.

☀️Summer is a busy season for the Ashtabula County with most adventures, shops, and restaurants in full swing. During fall and winter seasons, some attractions and restaurants do limit their hours or close completely so please plan your adventures in advance so you may have the best experience!

🚖There is not much from Uber or Lyft in the area. All guests receive 20% off GoGeneva Transportation services when picked up from my property. Private tours are available as well as taxi services to visit local attractions and wineries.

Annual weekend trip for grandkids (cousins quality time ) . Grounds of this house are not up to par - if you want to spend anytime outside do not choose this house . Inside of the house is good . Grass was long overdue for mowing and everything else about the outside was long overdue for maintenance .

The house was clean and well maintained! The host was very responsive. The property is close to Spire with a paved walking trail about a .3 mile walk and a little over a mile drive. Highly recommend this property!

The location right on the bike path, tucked away from the road was great! Had nice weather so we were able to enjoy the fire pit both nights of our stay. The house was spacious, comfy and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our weekend getaway! Rebekah was easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our week in Geneva! The house was beautiful and well cared for. Even though it rained a couple of days we were happy to spend time together in the spacious house, playing games and watching movies. The kitchen was well equipped and we made several meals there. Our family is already hoping to return next summer for another week. The only reason for the 4 star rating on communication was because there were workers that came to fix the air conditioner and we had no idea they were coming. My mom was startled when she came in from reading on the porch and there was a man standing in the hallway It would’ve been nice to have a heads uo or at least for the workers to Announce themselves when they arrived.

4 classmates from class of 1971. Had a blast touring the city. Beach, Adventure Zone, shopping , winery and restaurants. everyone was so impressed with the roomy, clean home and grounds. We were very comfortable and relaxed. Thank you - we vowed to come back and hope to get this venue again.

Picture shown in the email is not the house we rented. 480 Clay Street is where we stayed for 3.5 days. We had a family party of 10 stay at the house comfortably. There were a few issues with the house that were taken care of. Yard was large and there is a walking path along the side of the house to the Spire. Some attention needs to be done to the carpeting going up the stairs to the loft and the loft itself as well as the kitchen floor peeling in spots. More pans are needed to facilitate a family of 10 or more to cook in the kitchen. All doors need to be checked to make sure they can lock securely. 2 car garage was helpful when we had to move out as it was raining.

We were in town for a swim meet at Spire. Location was perfect, clean and very big house. Even with bad weather, kids had plenty of room to enjoy the time inside. Owner was accommodating and quick to respond with all of our requests and needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Had our 87 yr old mother with us and the property is NOT conducive to someone with a walker. Driveway very difficult to walk on. Entrance stairs had no railings whatsoever. Main shower seat was dirty. Will say this kitchen was the most sparsely furnished of any place I’ve ever stayed.
