Perfect for a romantic getaway, Fiesta #8 is a charming retreat with great access to Geneva-on-the-Lake’s famous strip. Located on the historic Eagle Cliff property, this quaint and cozy cottage for two may still have its original name from 1930 but boasts every modern-day convenience travelers are looking for. A bright, welcoming, and contemporary interior warmly greets guests with a well-appointed kitchenette, queen bed, high-speed internet, flat screen TV, fresh linens, and essential bath items.
Enjoy morning coffee on the lovely, screened veranda, relax with a book on the porch swing, then head out for a full day of north shore activities. Evenings can be spent preparing dinner on the cottage’s personal grill, dining al fresco on the private, shaded picnic table, then unwinding by one of the common area’s stocked firepits while sharing a bottle of wine from a local winery.

Play a round of golf at one of Geneva’s in-town or area golf courses. For family fun try one of the many miniature golf courses.
• Explore more than 20 Northeast Ohio wineries just minutes from Fiesta #8 Cottage – two within walking distance. The Ashtabula and Lake County grape-growing regions produce most of Ohio’s wine grapes, giving our area the reputation as the state's finest. And don’t forget about our famous covered bridges.
• Arriving by boat? Dock within the safety of the harbor at nearby Geneva State Park. And Lake Erie itself has so much to offer: Book a sunset cruise or a fishing charter. Swim at the State Park or stroll along the beach, then take a ride on the Ferris wheel. There are several restaurants and wineries right on the lake, and our spectacular sunsets offer the perfect subject for photo enthusiasts.

Older, cozy cottage

Overall the stay was very good. Keyless entry was really nice. Location is great to walk the strip, and the bar next door with bands playing you can hear from cottage and enjoy, but does play later into the night. Didn’t keep us up though. Had everything we needed. Definitely a tight shower. Only complaints were the pillows could be newer and/or cleaner. Screens on porch falling in places. And windows all seem to be unable to open except kitchen window which unfortunately would no longer lock and could be opened easily from outside. Messaged owner and there was quick reply to let his maintenance team fix that, just wasn’t during our quick stay. With that being said, area feels completely safe and wasn’t really concerned but just would be nice to fully lock the cottage when not there. Would definitely stay again.

No pics to show what you'll see when you first pull ups, speaking of the rear side of the unit. Almost took a loss on money and pulled away but checked it out and was happy. The good old saying don't judge a book by its cover goes very well with this property. Biggest complaint i have was the shower, very small. I'm 5'10" 205lbs worth an active build and it was hard to turn around in shower without bumping into knobs or knocking soap/ shampoo off shelves

The only good part of this property is location! It was clean BUT.... if you have back issues DON'T STAY HERE. The bed is HORRIBLE!!! also the shower is so tiny you can't move. I am 5'7 and 142 lbs.

Maintenance boy kept up

Coffe maker had moldy coffee grinds, kitchen window cracked open, would not shut..alot of air comes through large openings in doors, inside table was really unstable, high table and chairs on porch were very dirty, a plant on porch floor was either knocked over or fell. Plant was put back in but dirt not cleaned up, hair dryer handle was sticky.

Met our needs for the week. Nice location to walk the strip. Music from bars on both sides goes late into the morning unfortunately. The a/c and fan did help with noise. Nice outside and porch area to gather. Thank you.

Terrible Customer Service

My husband and I booked this rental, and received a message that we would be staying in cottage 9 with a passcode. Upon arrival, we realized that there was luggage from other people. When I called, the woman on the phone was annoyed and told me that I went into the wrong cottage. My husband and I both told her how unsafe the situation was that we were able to access other peoples belongings. She got upset and told us to leave and she was refunding us. She never apologized for her mistake and left us stranded 2 hours from home without a place to stay. She then threatened to call the cops when I became upset and hung up on us. I use VRBO constantly and have never had such a horrible experience. Thank God that we went through VRBO or I don’t know if we would have received a refund.
