Venga y disfrute de las hermosas puestas de sol en el lado este del lago Seneca. Esta casa moderna de 4 dormitorios y 2 baños completos frente al lago en un lote arbolado al final de un camino privado seguramente lo relajará. Esta casa ofrece comodidades y servicios que desear; cubierta envolvente, chimenea, 2 áreas de sala de estar / familia, cada una con una nueva gran televisión inteligente de alta definición, internet seguro de alta velocidad y nuevos colchones en cada habitación. Disfrute de las impresionantes vistas del lago desde casi todas las habitaciones de la casa o siéntese afuera en la terraza con vista al agua donde puede asar y comer. Incluso puede echar un vistazo a una de las varias águilas calvas que frecuentan la propiedad.

El nivel principal tiene dos dormitorios, uno con una cama king size frente al lago y el otro con una reina y dos camas individuales. El nivel inferior tiene dos dormitorios adicionales que dan al lago, uno con una cama king size y un sofá cama y el otro con una cama queen y un sofá cama doble. Cada nivel también tiene un baño completo. Todas las toallas y ropa de cama se proporcionan y también hay una lavadora y secadora, plancha y tabla de planchar.

La casa tiene aire acondicionado central y ventiladores de techo en cada habitación, pero es posible que solo desee abrir las ventanas y disfrutar de la brisa que viene del lago.

Camine un poco hasta el agua, donde podrá disfrutar de casi 200 pies de frente en el lago Seneca con un muelle permanente de más de 100 pies, perfecto para descansar, nadar o pescar. La profundidad del agua aumenta gradualmente y es lo suficientemente superficial para caminar. También hay una canoa para usar en su tiempo libre o traer su bote y atarlo a nuestro muelle. (Debe ser lanzado desde el parque estatal cercano)

Estamos a 2 millas de las bodegas Three Brothers, Zugibee y Ventosa, así como de War Horse Brewing y Bottomless Brewing.

The kitchen was stocked very well. All the appliances you would ever need. Plenty of dishes and utensils for multiple sittings. Beautiful view of lake from main living/dining area as well as lakefront bedrooms. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Property situated at end of lake road making it very private. I would stay there again!

this is a great place--three bedrooms have lake views, and the deck also looks out on the lake. Good air conditioning and a good setup for dining indoors and out on the deck. Swimming is excellent. It's close to Ventosa vineyards which offers lunches Thursday-Sunday and sunset wine tasting with live music two nights a week.

Great location and house has everything you need to enjoy your stay! It was a hot week and there were some algae blooms in the water that made it unsafe for swimming. Paula communicated this to us immediately. Cleared in a day, but found other fun things to do in the mean time. Enjoyed our time at the lake swimming and playing games!

Our extended family (4 adults, 2 kids) enjoyed our stay. The home comfortably accommodated us - lots of kitchen tools, cold A/C, great views from the deck and dock. the location is very private but an easy 10 min drive to Geneva for restaurants, Marina for boat rental, wineries, beach/park. Paula was very responsive & easy to communicate with. Thanks for the great time and memories.

25th Anniversary Family Celebration

My husband and I wanted to celebrate our 25th anniversary with our children and I’d always wanted to see the finger lakes area of NY. My family thoroughly enjoyed this lake house. The views from all the windows were beautiful, the host provided all the little extras to make playing in the lake fun! The sunsets are beautiful from this house as well! It is a great location for exploring Watkins Glen and Seneca Falls as well. The host was also quick to reply when I let her know my oldest son had lost his wedding ring in the lake somewhere around the dock. I highly recommend this house as a perfect family getaway!

We had a wonderful week at the house. The hosts were accessible and hospitable. The binder in the house answered any questions we had. Thy made it easy to check in and check out. The entire house was well cleaned. We enjoyed the large deck attached to the house. We especially enjoyed the dock and water access. The remoteness of the house made it a peaceful stay for us. If there is one thing we could change, it would be the ladder access from the down to the lake. It was a bit tough for some to use.We saw many different types of birds during our stay and even a young deer. We would definitely stay here again.

Lake get-a-way

We enjoyed this property. The description and photos were accurate. A beautiful view of the lake. So relaxing! My only suggestion would be to dedicate a cupboard for food. We arrived with 6 bags of groceries and had no where to put them. Overall a wonderful weekend!

Great stay at lake Seneca

We had a wunderful time at this place. The location so close to the lake is amazing. We enjoyed doing yoga at the pier, playing games, preparing meals together and sitting on the terrace. It was so relaxing! What is really great - the kitchen is very well equipped and we didn't miss anything.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed in this amazing house. The house is an absolute delight and the location is maybe the best spot on all of Seneca Lake. Incredible sunsets! The house is immaculate and the kitchen is superbly outfitted. We would highly recommend this property.

This was the most perfectly organized and well equipped rental we’ve ever stayed at! Paula and her family have truly thought of everything and made it so convient for any possible needs! Ladies trip 2024

We switched up our annual ladies trip this year. Instead of going to OCMD we decided to do the Finger Lakes! The house was the perfect setting for viewing sunsets in the deck or dock, sitting by the fire near the lake and relaxing! Our host was very nice and helpful!

gorgeous secluded lakefront property

Three of the large, commodious bedrooms have lakefront views. There are living rooms with big TV screens on both floors, and the internet connection is good. The house sits in a secluded woods (there are some other houses, but we never heard a peep!)The walk down to the lake is an easy path. The property is a short drive from good food shopping in Geneva, and just around the corner from Ventosa vineyard which serves a lovely lunch. We enjoyed the wildlife: a pair of eagles watched us swim, we saw herons, a fox and more.

Amazing house for wedding weekend getaway

The pictures of this home don’t do it the justice it deserves, it’s amazing! Extremely clean, stocked with everything you need from kitchen supplies, beach towels, kayaks to enjoy the lake, and other cool touches like binoculars to look at the bald eagles we were able to catch. The owners are extremely responsive and accommodating and were even willing to mail items back that our group forgot. We were here for a wedding weekend but definitely plan on returning for a regular vacation. Their dock provided a great setting for morning swims and afternoon lounge sessions to catch sunset. We will definitely be returning and recommend this house to any group.

Summer family getaway 2023
