Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the main house, deck, fire pit, and dock. The dock and detached game room are shared only with the Cottage at Cast Away (unless booked together for larger groups).
The Neighborhood:
Located on White’s Point, this home offers quiet lakefront charm just minutes from Geneva. You're close to wineries, restaurants, and Hobart William Smith Colleges—perfect for exploring the region.
Getting Around:
A car is highly recommended for exploring the area. Private taxis/car services and private wine tours are available.
Other Things to Note:
➡️This property can be rented in conjunction with the cottage on the property (Cottage at Cast Away) to sleep up to 10 people in total, and then have the dock and game room only for your guests.
➡️ A Pack ’n Play is available BY REQUEST ONLY and provided free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you’d like one so we can have it ready for your arrival.
➡️ Shared Spaces – Dock & game room are shared unless both homes are booked
➡️ Please note: We provide cooking basics, with the exception of oil at this time—it will be included in the future.
➡️ Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM per town ordinance. This is a peaceful area with year-round residents—please be respectful during your stay.
➡️ Parking – Only 4 cars are allowed to park at the property. 3 cars in the driveway, 1 additional on the grass across the road
➡️ Boats may not be docked at the property.
➡️ Fire pit, kayaks, & game room – Use at your own risk
➡️ Train Crossing: A nearby train occasionally passes (~1–2 times per day). It's brief and typically quiet, but always stop and look both ways when crossing the tracks.
➡️ Guests must sign Get RED-y Vacations’ guest rental agreement prior to check-in.
➡️ A security camera is located at the entrance of the property for safety and monitoring of arrivals.
➡️ Some amenities may be seasonal and availability can vary depending on weather and time of year.
