"je suis parti en couple à Morcote et je suis satisfait de l’hôtel et plus que satisfait du personnel. La chambre était située au 2 e étage avec vue sur le lac donc la vue etait incroyable et la chambre était très propre, la dame qui s’occupe du ménage est une crème . Nous sommes arrivés au alentours des 9 h du matin donc nous avions beaucoup d’avance mais nous avons été très bien accueilli et le temp est passer très vite avec la serveuse qui a su bien nous mettre à l’aise je recommande...

"This was truly a dream! I will definitely come back to Lugano and stay here. It was raining the entire time but it made the stay more romantic. Gabrielle and the entire staff at Swiss Diamond were/are extremely welcoming and accommodating. The spa was beautiful as well! Very relaxing! Thank you thank you Thank you"

"Hotellet ligger på en magisk plats, restaurangen levererade en underbar middag. Frukosten höll god kvalitet. Rummet var rent och avsvalat. Tyvärr fick vi ingen info att fjärrkontrollen till AC fanns att hämta i receptionen så vi sov med öppet fönster och trafiken utanför var mycket högljudd och störande. Bra att veta för kommande gäster. Vi är glada att vi bokade parkeringen"

"Wow! We loved this stay here beautiful area of Italy and what a view from the property,if you are looking for some a little unique this is it nice rooms really nice people good food dinner and breakfast was wonderful highly recommend and YES would absolutely stay here again "

"John & I really enjoyed our stay in your hotel. It was very easy to find & having the ferry terminal directly over the road made it very handy for day trips. We particularly enjoyed the food. The dinners were exceptional. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. John & Fiona."
