"Great kitchen with all appliances but also staples like flour and other supplies for use in cooking/baking. I liked the windowless bedroom, cabinets were plentiful and well-stocked in kitchen, everything was very clean and enough towels. Toilet worked better when I poured additional water into tank. First time stay at place with no front desk. Remote person could have better explained timing of providing needed entry code. Only complaint."

"A bit disappointed that there was no dining option at the hotel since it was closed due to staffing shortage. It was not mentioned on the website or the restaurant site. Breakfast was not very good either, the avocado was brown and my bowl was topped with it so I paid and left it on the table. Other than that the room was clean, we had no soap in the bathroom and it took an hour to get that to us other then that it was quiet and comfortable. "

"the rooms looked unfinished for a LUXURY hotel concrete was the decor walls and ceiling the floor was cold and not carpeted had a leak in bathroom and had to change rooms rather than get it fixed so it flooded the hall by next morning and had to listen to the carpet cleaner in the hall to clean up water for leak all morning. the only thing good about the stay was the staff they were amazing"

"I was very sceptical when I saw the neighborhood and the outside of the hotel,but once I checked in I was pleasantly surprised. Recently renovated rooms,very nice. The downside was the tissue which wasn't even 1ply and completely see through and even though the doors had a deadbolt, the extra lock at the top would have been a bonus. Bathroom was small but again big enough for me.It was quiet and peaceful."
