"My family had a fantastic stay here. The place itself is wonderful, set in a beautiful traditional Balinese family complex, and the villa area is spacious, quiet and private. The kids loved the pool and really appreciated the supplied floaty toys. The photos represent the property we'll, everything is comfortable and overall it's a very relaxing and enjoyable environment to spend time in. The location is also great, the Penestanan area is nice and a bit more chilled out than central Ubud, but...

The only downside to this if you have any walking aid this would not been the hotel for you. There are many step to walk down or up. I walk with a stick and found it hard. "Excelente villa. Reservamos 4 noches en febrero a 65€/noche con desayuno(en Ubud los hoteles costaban 130-200€ noche en esa epoca). La villa es un bungalow tipo cabaña moderna q te separa del de al lado por un muro alto q evita verse con el vecino. Cada villa tiene una piscina privada y no te ve nadie por lo q puedes nadar desnudo. La casita tiene un porche con una mesa alta y sillas así como un tresillo y mesa baja. En el porche hay tambien un fregadero, nevera, microondas, dispensador de agua...

The property itself seems so private, with a personal entrance gate, walled-in villa (with amazing high ceilings that become musical during evening showers rain on the roof), and a lovely swimming pool.
