Legend Oaks Room 1 over the water

Enjoy a sportsman's experience when you stay at Legend Oaks with waterfront property and gated entrance. We have 6 rooms over the water with two queen beds and a kitchenette. We also have 5 rooms on the hill with two queen beds upstairs with full kitchen and small living room. All rooms have access to boat launch and slips.

We are a work in progress with some exciting new things in the works!

**Prices include boat launch and boat stall and storage for 1 boat or 2 PWC per room.  This is for guests only and is not a public boat launch. Additional fee of $25 per day for additional watercraft.

House Rules

We have a few rules which I’d like to let you know about.

#1 - Please Clean Up

• If you use any dishes during your stay, we would be grateful if you would clean them and put them away.
• Be mindful of the dirt and grime brought into the rooms. We have worked very hard on the rooms in order for everyone to have a good experience. Let’s keep it that way so we can pass it on to the next person.
• Please do not litter. This includes bottle caps and cigarette butts.

#2 - Number of Guests

• Max of 5 guests per room, no exceptions
• Please limit outside guests

#3 - Check In is 3pm

Check out is 11am

*You are welcome to launch earlier than check-in but please notify us so we will expecting your arrival

• Each room has a code that will be sent prior to check in. To lock the door when leaving, hold any number down for 2-3 seconds and you will hear the lock and a beep will sound.
• Gate code will be sent prior to check in. Each room has one gate opener. If gate opener is lost or broken, there will be a $40 replacement fee

#4 - Lights & Heating and air

• We would really appreciate if you could turn off all lights and set ac to 78 when you leave the room each day, and on check out.

#5- Rooms

• NO live or dead bait in the rooms
• NO smoking in rooms
• NO food or drinks upstairs for Rooms 7-11
• NO pets
• No frying foods, please fry outside to reduce grease splatter in the rooms
• Do NOT drain any grease or food in the sinks

#6- Trash

• ALL trash goes in the green trash cans. Trash pick up is on Wednesdays. Please make sure that all trash bags are tied.

#7- Boat launch/stall

• Includes boat launch and nightly boat stall for 1 boat or 2 PWC per room. Additional fee of $25.00 a day for additional watercraft. This is only for guests and is not a public boat launch or overnight storage. Boat stalls are first come first serve, so doesn’t matter which ones you use. There are a couple of private boat slips and these are indicated with signs.

#8- Quiet Hours

• We ask that for everyone to mindful of all the guests and keep the noise level down during the hours of 11pm-6am

Laundry

While we don’t have laundry facilities inside the house, there is a laundromat located a short 1minute drive away. Here you will find a full range of washing machines and dryers with staff to help. They also offer drop off services at reasonable prices.

We do offer to wash towels and bed sheets during your stay. Please give us advance notice if possible. Each room has wall hooks in order to hang towels and reuse.

Internet

Wifi is included in your stay. The modem can be found in Room 5 and 9. If you have any issues, contact us and we can reset if needed.

Amenities

The Back deck is a common area for cooking and socializing. There are grills and Blackstone that you are welcome to use. We just ask that you clean up after yourself.

There is a broom and dust pan in each room along with basic cleaning supplies.

There is a coffee maker in each room with coffee.

Let us know if you need anything during your stay and will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Each room has a fully stocked kitchen and linens for beds and bath.

You are welcome to fish from our property or set traps for crabs. The fish cleaning table is located on the fishing pier and a water hose is located at the start of the boardwalk.

Please be mindful when disposing of dead bait/ smelly items and take straight to the outside trash cans at the gate and not the trash can on the back deck.

Each room is provided with bed linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, 2 rolls of paper towels and toilet paper and a few trash bags.
