Please go spend your money elsewhere! We have to autistic daughters who have an extreme age difference. The room we paid for said online it had 2 twin beds. We got there and it only had one for them to share. I called management and asked to get whatbi paid for sue to our daughters sensory issues and they told me nothing was available. After we left and i asked for a partial refund because we were not given what we paid for as well as the community amenities were not functioning and the ones that were were disgusting, he rufused to give us a resonable refund and stated if i were to have told him our daughters were autistic he would have provided us with a different room. Telling him my daughters are autistic is a violation of the ADA and i dont have to make that known to thembwhen i alteady booked and paid for a room to suit my daughters needs. Absolutely ridiculous. There community pool area was disgusting bandaids everywhere-used ones, spilled drinks that were not cleaned up, pool was so disgustingly dirty you wouldn't see through the water, the steam room and sauna they avertised were out of order. The unitnwe stayed in the fridge barely worked floor boards were split. I have stayed in motels in better condition than this so called resort
