This cabin is located in a mountain/rural area. Guests may experience steep or winding roads, limited lighting at night, wildlife, insects, changing weather, and occasional cell service or WiFi limitations.



Please secure all trash and food at all times due to active wildlife in the area. AWD or 4WD may be helpful during winter or inclement weather.



The Mountain Retreat is a self check-in property with no on-site front desk. Check-in details are provided before arrival once all booking requirements are complete.



Required Rental Agreement & Check-In Requirements



Guests are required to complete Mountain Retreat’s standard rental agreement and any required verification before check-in details or access instructions are released.



All reservations require damage protection. Guests may choose between a nonrefundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit. Additional details and applicable amounts will be provided during the booking or pre-check-in process.





Primary guest must be 21+ and present during the stay. Only registered guests are allowed, and occupancy may not exceed the approved guest count or property maximum.



No parties, events, unauthorized gatherings, commercial filming, photo shoots, or disruptive activity. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.



Check-in is after 4 PM. Check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is not guaranteed and must be approved in writing.



No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes inside the cabin.



Pets are not allowed unless this cabin is specifically approved as pet-friendly in writing before arrival. Service animals are handled according to applicable law and must remain under control, housebroken, and not left unattended.



Where a hot tub is provided, no pets, glass, soaps, oils, bath products, food, or foreign substances are allowed in the hot tub. Keep the cover closed when not in use.



Secure all trash and food due to wildlife. Do not leave trash, food, coolers, or scented items outside or in vehicles.



Park only in designated areas. Do not block roads, driveways, neighboring property, or emergency/service access.



This is a mountain property. Roads may be steep, narrow, winding, dark, or weather impacted. Wildlife, insects, limited cell service, utility interruptions, and changing weather may occur.



Guests are responsible for damage, excess cleaning, missing items, and rule violations as allowed by Airbnb policy and the rental terms.
