The propane fireplace adds a welcoming glow and warmth, making it a favorite spot to relax during cooler mountain evenings. Just above the hearth, a 55" Vizio Smart TV is perfectly placed for streaming your favorite movies, shows, or music. The kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly from the living room, making it easy to stay connected no matter what you’re doing. You’ll also find the cabin’s two spacious bedrooms which offer restful retreats with comfortable bedding. Free WiFi is also available throughout the property.

All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc., are also there for you! Inside the cabin, the entertainment options start with the spacious and inviting living room, where a 55" Vizio Smart TV takes center stage. Paired with the warm glow of the propane fireplace, the living room becomes a cozy space to gather, unwind, and enjoy quality time together after a day of mountain adventures. For those who enjoy friendly competition, the layout of the cabin offers plenty of space for board games or card nights, just bring your favorites and settle in for a night of laughter and fun. Step outside to the screened-in back porch, and you’ll find the private hot tub. This relaxing retreat becomes even more special in the evenings, when you can soak under the stars, enjoy the quiet rustle of the mountain breeze, and let the warm water melt your cares away. Beyond the cabin itself, guests at “Southern Comfort Cabin” have access to a wide array of community amenities designed with fun and recreation in mind. At the beginning of the resort, you’ll find a seasonal outdoor pool (typically opens from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend from 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM), which is perfect for swimming, lounging, or playing poolside games with the family. When you're looking to get your heart rate up, the community fitness room offers everything you need for a quick workout, while the tennis courts provide a chance to hit the court and challenge your companions to a few friendly matches.

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

Free parking for up to 2 vehicles on premises

Reminder: Our cabin shares the driveway with our neighbor, there is a white line separating the two parking spaces.
