"Hotel was very very clean. The staff at front desk was okay. New guy was training. Had to keep asking for help. Took a while. Room was very clean. Smelled very good. Bed was okay. Valet is not 24 hours. And the “ parking “ for 10 dollars is probably a 10-15 min walk away. So good luck finding parking on the street. Decent spot. Not sure it was worth 350 a night but it was clean and no major issues. "

"Elevator not working, had to walk up to 2nd fl, Air Conditioner not working, maintenance guy came tried to fix and tells me its getting cold, which was not true, front desk calls the room and told me he will give me a different rom, so we walk down get the new key and he gave us a room that was already occupied, so we had to go back down and get another jey for a different room, how does a front desk worker not know a room is occupied, this reservation was very frustrating."

"To be very honest, the hotel provided a good room, but the neighborhood is horrible. 40 minutes from Manhattan, 25 minutes from downtown Brooklyn with a car. Staff is horrible, had to ask house keeping to come clean the room but they never showed up. Big reason to not book here is the AC system does not work. However, if the garage is fool, then parking becomes a bog problems because of parking limitations, related with School busses and street cleanings.
