"Family friendly"

"We sent for valet at 7 am to get our vehicle. No one knew where the valet person was. Finally after waiting for 2.5 hrs at 9:30 another employee showed up and the one that was working overnight we watched get out of her car. She was sleeping. There were 4 of us waiting for cars. Horrific service for a hotel such as this."

"The room was clean, clean sheets and towels. Helpful staff & breakfast was served right on time. Gated parking, complimentary shuttle if needed."

"Nice rooms, good location, on the river. Breakfast was good, not great. Free parking a huge plus, but using (free) valet or hiking several flights of stairs was a bit of a pain. Bed was just ok. Super helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again."

"Stayed in the king suite which had a kitchenette including a full size refrigerator with freezer. Clean and updated. Kids slept on pull out. Great for family or guests. Pool was very small and only 4 feet- but enough for a quick dip. No hot tub. Gym was nice and clean. Great access to many downtown and restaurants on foot."

"It was probably a beautiful hotel at one time but it is now older and needs upgrades to the rooms. The vents are visibly dirty, there is a damp mold/mildew smell, and the bathroom sink was clogged. The very small tv worked with a digital antennae and didn’t work half the time. There was no microwave. There was no liner on the shower curtain so the curtain had mold. There is no complimentary breakfast. We loved that the hotel collaborated with Anthrocon and offered a shuttle. ...

"The room was pretty clean probably one of the cleanest I have ever been. We had an hour delay for checking in but staff was nice and gave us a great room with the nice view of water and bridge. Only issues: one was located at a very noisy location due to being so close to the highway so if you have problems sleeping with noise this is not your place at least that side of the room. The second was their breakfast buffet wasn’t as good as other places I have been to. Parking was slightly an issue...
