"Suite was clean, and spacious. Location was outstanding. The text message based concierge was impeccable. They would check in each morning, and evening. They delivered promptly anything we required. Room service breakfast was very good and delivered quickly."

"The only problem with our stay was valet parking only. You had to "call" for car , which was actually very speedy and easy, but kind of limited us from just feeling free to go. The staff was amazing and very accommodating! The hotel itself was very clean and interesting to see the old vaults. I will be staying again when I come to my favorite city to see the best Team ever! We usually won’t ask to get our room serviced, if we are only there for 1-2 nights, but in this case it was 4 nights, and when we took the little “card” off the outside of the door, so it could get cleaned, nobody came all day. We were able to get some clean towels, when we got back (late) that night, but they should have had serviced our room. However, this is not keeping me from staying there again."

Our room was not clean and room service from previous customers was outside of our room the entire time even though we asked that it be picked up.
