"We checked in around 1am on Friday/Saturday March 20/21. The first impression with the front desk agent was poor. She wasn’t pleasant. Her face showed like she didn’t care. No smile. It’s really not difficult to be pleasant and it is expected at a higher end hotel to receive at least better than average service. She was doing some paperwork and honestly seemed put off by us. "It was my 1st visit to the city of Pittsburgh and i hit the jackpot with Landing hotel & Casino.Room was clean,modern & well equipped and the backside of the room is 100% floor to ceiling glass with a soft see through curtain,layered w/ blackout option. Bathroom was top-notch with a walk-in shower,that is set up with high end shampoo,conditioner & body wash dispenser. Water pressure was very good & bathroom had unbelievable lighting with motion activated technology(as did hallway closet).along...

"The hotel is in close proximity to PNC Park and Heinz Stadium but the room wasn’t very clean. "

"Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Incredibly clean and quiet, and all around amazing. My only complaint is that the "bouncer" for the speakeasy was rude. He at one point told the lady next to me that we needed to "calm down" because we were laughing. It was saint Patrick's day weekend and the other guests in there were louder than we were, we just happened to be sitting near the doors. He also practically shoved me out of my seat when new customers came in and I was trying to say goodnight to a friend....

"No issues with our stay. Hotel was very clean and quiet. We’ll definitely stay here again. Only downside was the pool was closed for maintenance. "

"Elevators in hotel were malfunctioning all weekend. Had to walk up and down 10 flights multiple times. No hot water in shower (overheard many guests saying they experienced the same). "
