"Family friendly"

"We sent for valet at 7 am to get our vehicle. No one knew where the valet person was. Finally after waiting for 2.5 hrs at 9:30 another employee showed up and the one that was working overnight we watched get out of her car. She was sleeping. There were 4 of us waiting for cars. Horrific service for a hotel such as this."

"I will never book here again. My room smelled like cigarettes and i have photos of ash in the toilets. Only 1 of the 2 bedrooms AC worked, causing the entire apartment to be hot. I woke up sweating in the middle of the night. The floor was wet in a spot and smelled like urine. Laying a paper towel on it made it turn yellow. Contacted staff, who didnt seem to care, sent a “maintenance” guy who was not knowledgeable and also didnt care. Called corporate lady who also didnt really care bc we booked...

"Be sure to ask for a room that is away from the highway. The traffic was so loud! And the A/C unit which could have drowned it out made it sound like we were sleeping in an engine room. Staff said they couldn't move us because we'd booked with a third party (expedia)."
