"Not what I expected. It was more like a motel than a hotel."

And the girl at the desk when I checked out was sweet, too. The only thing - both mornings I woke up to the strong smell of cigarette smoke. I kept thinking it was coming from the room below me but when I left I noticed there were cigarette butts in the handicap parking place next to mine - along with dog poop. I think the smell was...

"The staff was wonderful. The room was clean, but the couch cushion had stains on it. The sink in the kitchenette also drained slowly. We were thankful for the supplies in the room - dish soap, paper towels, etc. The property seemed newer and was nicely appointed. The grounds had some trash on it. The pool was dirty and cold with no pool towels clean. It closed fairly early too which was upsetting (8pm). The breakfast buffet was okay, but the warm food didn't stay that way, and they ran out of...

"The hotel was well staffed, has a very convenient location with lots of options for food nearby, and though I did not use the restaurant at the property I did pick up some treats from these convenient snacks in the lobby, which was great. All the staff that I saw greeted me and made me feel welcome. There were plenty of baggage buggies and everything was super easy to navigate. "

"This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There was hair and dirt in one of the beds. The entire place smelled like some kind of incense was put everywhere to cover the smells. The floors were so nasty. There was another person complaining about a large set of dirty footprints on their bed. They ask to switch rooms and the lady at the counter only offered them a new set of sheets to change themselves. I couldn’t even eat breakfast because it was so dirty."
