The bathroom grout was full of mold both on the tile and the floor.

PRIMERO NOS DIERON UNA HABITACION QUE NO ESTABA ARREGLADA,, NO ENTRARON A REALIZAR EL HOUSE KIPING DESPUES DEL ULTIMO HUESPED. EL OLOR DEL HOTEL ESTA TERRIBLE, EL LOBBY SUCIO Y CON COSAS TIRADAS. LA ALFOMBRA DE LOS PASILLOS ESTA TERRIBLEMENTE SUCIA. LA ATENCION DE LA RECEPCIONISTA NEFASTA, CON MALA CARA. NOS DEJARON UNAS CAJAS DE REGALO PORQUE IBAMOS A UNA BODA Y NO NOS LAS DIERON A NUESTRA LLEGADA. YA QUE NOS ASIGNARON OTRO CUATRO ESTUVO MEJOR,, PERO PUEDO CONCLUIR QUE LA LIMPIEZA Y EL OLOR DEL HOTEL DEJA MUCHO QUE DESEAR. NO REGRESARIA
