Nice Get-away

We enjoyed our stay and the property has a wonderful view of the lake. Gave 4 stars as this property has other cabins very close in proximity and literally within just 20 feet of space on 1 side next to the property.

2nd year at same property

Really great property with beautiful views! Wish there were 3 king size beds but it all worked out. Maybe needs new queen size mattresses downstairs.

Great Family Cabin!

Great spacious family cabin with an exceptional view overlooking Bear Lake. Close to all the amenities and fun things to do in the surrounding area. Wound definitely stay here again. Julie was great to answer all questions and be accessible if any issues came up. GREAT FAMILY FUN! Even our dogs were able to come.

Family Vacation

Overall the stay was amazing. The views were spectacular and the amenities met our needs. The tall thistles and weeds below the deck with the swings were a disappointment. We did cut a bunch of the thistles back so the kids didn't get pricked.

Love this place!

The amenities here are awesome! Great view and hot tub worked perfectly. There was a wasp nest in the electrical box next to the hot tub where my nephew was stung and some of the appliances from the kitchen and stove weren't very clean. Other than that this one of my favorite places to come stay with our pets! recommended

We pulled a enclosed trailer and the road to the cabin was very steep and narrow. Couldn't park the trailer there so had to find another place far away to park

Fabulous vacation home

View from deck and living room beautiful and unobstructed. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds.Good A/C. We parked 3 vehicles easily and a tilt trailer holding our side by side atv. The trailer was a little tricky to park with steep down slope driveway and curve to parking pad, but doable. Easier if done first and then park cars. We would definitely stay again.

Property was great, lots of room for a big group. A little disappointed with the cleanliness of the kitchen. A lot of pots and pans, coffee pot and other things that were not cleaned, some a bit really gross. The parking for 7 cars, is not realistic. But overall, we had a good time and everything worked out great!

Beautiful

This property was great. The view is breathtaking and my family would definitely agree with huge rooms enough to sleep the amount stated description. I was happy to work with Julie and she was ready to answer any questions that she knew of. However, there was one thing left undone that could have rendered a 5 star rating all around that I felt would be beneficial to any future tenants. It would be helpful to have some directions on how utilize the hot tub in the catalog. Because it is an older hot tub it requires some proper coding in order to use it which took some time to figure out. The first 2 nights was just like sitting in lukewarm bathwater and finally figured it out the last night we were there. I was very appreciative of Julie trying to communicate what she could to us, but it left us to our own digging to figure out out. I would suggest putting something in the catalog alongside the rules of using the hot tub to give a step by step for the users of it.

Bear Lake Utah

The onsite managers were awesome, attentive, helpful. The jacuzzi was more of a tub, but the location was amazing. A few minutes of driving to all the hot spots. Great views, a must stay.

Great View

Overall, the stay was good. There are pro’s and con’s to every place here is a few to consider. Pro’s- the view is AMAZING! So beautiful! The cabin is in a central location, super close to a ton of restaurants and fun things to do. The property manager was amazing and so responsive, which was great! The property manager and owners were super accommodating, we had a family member needing to work during the trip and they did everything they could to allow us to connect accordingly. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and they had all instructions clearly indicated on the fridge. They were stocked with plenty of blankets, linens, fans and pillows. Con’s-The cabin definitely needs a good deep clean and organization. There was dust on most surfaces, fans, lights, decor, which is not a huge issue, but the handprints left on the railings and TV equipment was an indication it had not been done in a while. The remotes downstairs were a crapshoot, some where there some were not and some did not have batteries. Again not a huge deal you can get up and use the controls on the side of the TV’s. The jets on the tub upstairs could use a serious scrub down and the shower curtains need to be changed. There was some broken glass on the back porch from a broken window replacement so I was hesitant to allow my child out there. I did not want to risk an injury. The hot tub was not working when we were there, which really bummed us out as that was the one of the main reasons we booked this cabin. However, they are refunding the hot tub fee and let us know a week in advance the hot tub was not working. Again, great communication on their part. Overall the cabin is well-loved and could use some updating, cleaning and organization. However, if you are there for the view and the fun than those things can be overlooked.

Had such a memorable Christmas in this cabin! House was clean, loved the decor and lots of space for family and children. Only concern was the hot tub not working, but overall I highly recommend this place for families and fur babies. Thank you!

This was the perfect place for a family reunion. It was spacious, clean and it has an amazing view of the lake. We were very happy with the accommodations and would stay there again

Beautiful central location

Harbor Village is the perfect Bear Lake location! It's close to the marina and to shops and restaurants. We absolutely loved the views from the large deck and the main living areas. We had fun watching movies as a family in the large TV room. The movie selection is very impressive!! The hot tub was a fun amenity as the sun set and it cooled off. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. And everyone said their bed was comfy! Thank you for a delightful stay!

So beautiful and would love to stay again

We had an amazing time here I would stay here again and again and hope that I do in the future. The view is amazing, there was so much space and I just loved every second of being there. The only issue was very acute and it was that there was a blanket in the linen closet that had dog hair on it and what we think was fleas that bit one of the guests, I think it must have been from a previous guest. We washed the blanket and didn’t see any anywhere else, so that really was the only thing we had an issue with. Thank you so much for letting us stay here! I hope we can again!

Very Good

The house it's self was great, it was very clean, nice bedding, very roomy and accommodating. The driveway and parking was not accommodating for a snowmobile trailer and the hot tub never got hot, only warm. The host was great to work with.

Clean Cabin with a View

Cabin was clean, kitchen was well-equipped, and views were beautiful! Nice central location with most activities and amenities less than 10 minutes away by car. Not much in the way of privacy, though. The neighbor’s deck is directly adjacent and there are no trees or privacy bushes to act as a natural barrier, which was a little awkward. Other than that, a very positive stay!
