Spend summers at Rendezvous Beach, about nine miles south, hitting the greens at Bear Lake Golf Course, around two miles away, or hiking and ATV-ing any of numerous trails within an easy drive. Wintertime means easy access to cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and downhill skiing at Beaver Mountain, around 18 miles away.

At the home itself, spend warm mornings sipping coffee on the deck, enjoying the mountain view. The gorgeous scenery continues inside thanks to two sets of French doors, and the high ceilings and open floor plan contribute to the expansive feeling. The chef will love the full kitchen’s sleek stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and standalone island, which doubles as a dining table for eight.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
