Please note: Due to the condo’s hillside design, guests access the unit by walking up a flight of 10 steps to the front door. Once inside, everything is on one level with easy access to the backyard.

This is a beautiful property. It is well decorated, clean and feels fresh. I loved the diversity of bedding they had. It is a place we can come back to again and again as our children get older. I appreciated that they had snacks and kid friendly plates/bowls/cups. Very beautiful space. We loved visiting.

This was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in! Beautiful and comfortable with plenty of room for our family of 5. Beautiful view of the lake! We would choose this condo again if we returned.

Great amenities and beautiful view

The condo was very convenient to walking trail and good grocery store. Pool was huge and warm. The condo itself had beautiful view, a nice lawn in front, and a decent patio with table and chairs. The host provided some very good snacks, good beds, plush bathroom towels, and comfortable couches. Good sized smart TV and pickle ball equipment. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. I gave 4 stars on accuracy of listing because it was unclear on the accessibility. People that are physically challenged may find it difficult as you have to take 10 stair steps to get to condo and walk about 100 feet. The host was nice enough to offer help loading and unloading.

Great place to get away

This condo unit is wonderfully positioned close enough to town for easy access to amenities but far enough away that you feel like your privacy is maintained. This is a great VRBO unit for a couple looking to get away for a bit. 10/10 would stay again.

Quiet Lake Getaway

We had never been to Garden City or Bear Lake before and had no idea what to expect. We wanted several days in a quiet location with awesome lake days, and this trip delivered! The condo is lovely and in a great location to access the different lake beaches we could drice to. It had a killer view of the lake and was super close to town with restaurants and markets. Checkin was a bit rocky as our keyless entry pad didn't work, but a quick call to the homeowner had us troubleshooting the problem and they were ready with a Master Key backup plan that got us in the door. Within 30 min a neighbor came over and replaced the batteries in the keyless entry and we were off and running. The unit is lovely and clean, a little older, but very obviously well cared for and had everything we needed. We loved our stay and hope to visit again!

Bear Lake weekend

Great stay. Love the lake views. Everuthing we needed in kitchen for a short stay. Wish we had tome to use the probided tennis and pickleball rackets. Would definitely stay again. Great communication with hosts.

Loved this place!!

The perfect place for our family to enjoy bear lake. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, beautiful views, access to tennis courts and a swimming pool. Straight across from the marina. Owners were great to communicate with.

Great for a family vacation

We've been to Bear Lake lots of times and this places was one of our favorites! We loved our time here! The photos are not fake--you really have that amazing view of the lake right out your window and patio. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the games, books, high chair, pack and play, and snacks provided--it was perfect for our kids. Pool and hot tub were great.

Great condo!

This was a great place to stay for our Bear Lake trip! Everything was clean and everything worked as it should. Our kids loved the games, and I loved that there was a high chair available, as well as plastic dishes I didn't have to worry about the toddler breaking. As another review mentioned, there is a full stair case and a bit of a walk to get to the entrance, which wasn't a problem for us, but keep it in mind if you have mobility issues. The only thing I wish were different would be to have a safety latch added to the exterior door in the bunk room out of the kids' reach - it would have been helpful to be able to keep my kids from wandering outside. As it was, I ended up just blocking the door with a pack-n-play which was a sufficient deterrent, but an actual lock would be better. All in all, we loved it, and the price was great! Would definitely consider coming back!

Great place

The condo is in a great location and easy access to everything you want to get to. It has great amenities. The swimming pool and basketball/tennis court are a great addition. Candice and Ryan are super responsive and seem like great people. Would definitely go there again.

Fantastic hosts and communication!

We came from the Chicago area to Bear Lake for a family reunion. The communication of the host was fantastic! Always responded quickly. Ended up leaving a pillow and a blanket with significant meaning. Host shipped it right away and was so kind not to charge us.

Had a family vacay here and the place was great. It’s situated in the perfect spot with close access to everything. It is well stocked with basic food stuff and seasonings and the neighbors were super nice. Great stay!
