"The apartment was clean ans safe for coming in and out. The reason why ir deserve 5 stats is because of the staff. They are very weloming and helpful for any questions. The reviews on Google are awful but my stay was great for 4 nights. The only down side is that there is no AC for the summer but luckily the weather made the rooms fresh to sleep."

"The apartment was perfect! Had all the amenities we needed and it was large. I loved being able to open all the windows. It was close to many late night snacks and bars and Murray’s around the corner was a perfect pub to get excellent fish and chips. Nigel was very responsive to all my communications. We rented a car and I was able to get it in and out of the garage. I recommend and I would stay here again."

"Do not stay here. It is student housing that should not be listed on hotel sites as accommodation for travelers. Hostels or the street and sleeping bag are better and the "staff" are not hospitality staff, that is why they won't be availableon weekends or odd hours. There has to be a standard in Dublin for hospitality and accommodation--and someone should report what these folks are doing. There is no A/C or fan because these are not supposed to house people in the summer. It is borderline...
