員工親切有禮貌，值得誇獎。這次入住被安排為一晚兒童旅館樓中樓，一晚巧克力旅館樓中樓。樓中樓是我過往最喜歡的房型，有趣而且符合家庭需求。但是兒童旅館的電梯潮濕味重，走道燈光昏暗，陽台圍欄破損，飯店沒有盡到維護的責任。後來因為維修因素要求我們換到巧克力飯店，一樣的房型，但是整體設施品質好很多。 戶外泳池一如往常的美麗，冬天去還是覺得太冷，沒有下水，但光是在旁邊的座椅休息都覺得很享受。室內spa也是冷水，能不能享受就見仁見智。怕冷的人還有一個小小的溫水，以及室外兩個小溫泉池。不過室內spa池看起來很有年代感，三天行程孩子們只進去過一次就謝謝不聯絡了。 ...

スタッフの方にはたいへん親切に対応していただきました。プールサイドが美しい庭になっており鳥の囀りがすばらしい。朝食もたくさんの種類が用意されていて楽しめました。ありがとうございました。
