Spectacular duplex for 12 people, located in Grao de Gandía, with shared heated pool and the beach only 500 away.
The beautiful views over the residential area and the mountains from the private terrace are just great. They are the perfect company to enjoy a cup of coffee while deciding the plan for the day. No doubt, your plan will be going to the beach or to the fantastic heated pool of the building with a measure of 10 x 5 metres and a 1 to 1.70 metres depth. In addition, the pool features an integrated jacuzzi heated up to 30ºC.

The apartment, located on a third floor of a building with lift, features an excellent quality, and a spacious living room open to the dining area, where you can relax all together while watching a movie or a TV series after the delicious lunch. The kitchen is pure luxury, equipped with an induction top, stainless steel appliances, lots of cabinets and a table with chairs in case you prefer to have lunch there. The laundry room comes with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the same floor we find a shower bathroom and two bedrooms. One of these has two twin beds and a closet, and the other has two bunk beds. Going upstairs, on the top floor, there are three more bedrooms, all with a double bed and exit to a beautiful terrace. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite hydro massage bathtub bathroom, and another hydro massage shower bathroom completes this floor. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. The whole accommodation features air-conditioning and central heating for the winter season.

Located near the port, the fishing town of Grao de Gandía, is the perfect destiny during the whole year. The warm weather allows you to have long walks along the 3 km long promenade, in parallel to the shore, with plenty of restaurants, cafes or sea food restaurants. You can also go to the beach to enjoy a nice swim.

Schöne Wohnung mit Mängeln

Wir erhielten alle notwendigen Informationen im Voraus und der Check-in-Prozess verlief demzufolge reibungslos. Die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet; das Wasser im Schwimmbad warm und das Becken von angenehmer Größe. Allerdings waren wir enttäuscht von der Sauberkeit in der gesamten Unterkunft. Überfall, aber insbesondere auf dem Boden, waren Staub und viele Haare zu finden, so dass wir gezwungen waren, die Wohnung vor dem Bezug komplett zu wischen, worauf wir natürlich überhaupt nicht vorbereitet waren. Einen Staubsauger suchten wir vergeblich. Nach dem Bezug fanden wir in einer Schublade eines Nachttisches sogar noch Finger- oder Zehennägel. Als wir uns dann dem Abendessen widmen wollten, war ein Großteil des Geschirrs nur sehr mangelhaft gesäubert, so dass wir auch das erst reinigen mussten. Ein weiterer großer Mangel stellte die fehlende Glasscheibe in der Tür eines Zimmers dar, so dass dieses nicht nutzbar war. Nachdem wir insgesamt 3 Familien waren, wäre ein Maß an Privatsphäre notwendig gewesen. Entsprechend mussten wir zusammenrücken und zum Teil in den Räumen der Kinder schlafen, was so nicht vorgesehen war. Nachdem wir die zuständige Agentur kontaktiert hatten, war das Angebot für einen Reinigungsservice am nächsten Tag für uns nicht hilfreich, da wir die Wohnung, wie bereits erwähnt, schon gereinigt hatten. Schlussendlich lehnte die Agentur jegliche Entschädigung ab. Wir können die Wohnung deshalb nur sehr bedingt empfehlen.

Appartamento molto confortevole

L'appartamento è molto bello non manca nulla e si trova vicino la spiaggia. Nelle vicinanze c'è un supermercato e tanti locali. La piscina è fantastica!
