Equipped with all modern features and superb furnishings, the property offers comfort and modern living. Ideal for couples and small families who want to be in the heart of Galway City. Minimum age 25 years.



The Space:

Exceptionally stylish luxury city apartment with free parking. One block from Eyre Square, the Latin Quarter, the Claddagh, and the shopping district. The property has been finished to a high standard and offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and is located on the 2nd floor. Equipped with all modern features and superb furnishings, the property offers comfort and modern living. Ideal for couples and small families who want to be in the heart of Galway City. Minimum age 25 years.



We prefer the minimum age to be 25+ unless travelling with family. Also note that construction of the new Bonham Quay office block is ongoing opposite the apartment balcony. While this should not impact your stay you may have a lesser view. Due to be completed Spring 2022.



The apartment offers an open plan living, kitchen, and dining space. Attention to detail has been given to this property and is reflected in the overall interior design and layout. High-end tiled flooring flows through the home from the hall to the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and high-end cabinetry and is open plan to the living room. Relax on the comfortable sofa and chair while watching the large flat screen Tv. There are two double bedrooms finished with plush carpet and built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a large walk-in rain head shower. Both bedrooms come with a supply of linens and towels. The main hall bathroom has ample room and features a walk-in shower.



Peace Of Mind:

This property uses the Cloverleaf Peace of Mind Checklist, which follows cleaning and disinfection guidelines provided by the CDC, EPA, and World Health Organization. All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms, kitchens, and major touch points like light switches, doorknobs, table tops, electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels. We provide linens, towels, a starter supply of paper products, shampoo, soap, laundry tabs.



Please Note: The prestigious development of Bonham Quay which will be built opposite the apartment building and is currently under construction until early 2022. While this will not impact your stay in terms of access to and from the apartment but you may experience some noise and a lesser view. Construction should only be between Monday - Friday during normal daytime hours, however we cannot control the builders schedule.



**Noise Sensitive Property - Strictly Quiet Hours Between 10pm And 8am**. This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.

Guests have access to all areas of the home except for a few locked closets, which we kindly ask you to respect.

The apartment complex is just one block from Galway's Eyre Square, the Latin Quarter, The Claddagh, and shopping district. Walking around the city is very easy.

The train and coach stations are within a few minutes walk. We provide one parking space for guests.

Excellent place to stay

Gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in an amazing location in Galway. Great welcome packet found in the apartment with restaurant suggestions. Just a few minutes walk from everything. Will definitely recommend to any friends going to Galway, and if i return in the future would definitely stay here again. Only current downside is the construction going on outside but that's not anything that can be helped and I believe the sign said done October 2020 so won't be there forever.

The apartment was clean and quite modern. Everything we needed was in there. And the its location was perfect for sightseeing in Galway. Security was good. We loved this apartment. We wish to come again.

Nice interior

I thought the property was lovely inside. However, the check in process was very complicated and stressful with all the directions and codes. There was small balcony but the view of the construction site was unattractive.

Fantastic location with all the amenities!

Very walkable and parking space. Beautiful inside, but huge picture window looks out onto a construction site that is pretty loud. The ONLY downside really. Management was very easy to get a hold of, elevators, nice kitchen and bathrooms. No AC as with most places in Ireland. Could have used a fan to circulate air. We would stay there again!

Great apartment in the heart of Galway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a great location to enjoy the city on foot. It was clean and comfortable and the balcony was a nice place to stand on a rainy night. Communication with property manager was good, instructions were clear. Using the information provided, we were able to get into parking and the apartment with ease. I would recommend this place to friends interested in visiting Galway.

perfect location

Overall was a perfect trip. Coming off a 6:00 a.m.. flight be prepared you can't get into unit until late afternoon around 4:00 p.m. so make other plans. The location was perfect and the unit was excellent (everything we needed). We could have used more towels but having the washer was key. I would highly recommend this place.

Great location close to Latin Quarter with an abundance of restaurants and across the street from a great supermarket. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The living room area lacked a coffee table and side tables which made it difficult to set down a wine glass or a book or a plate. We found access to the apartment a bit cumbersome. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves!!!!!

Some confusion with entry information. Once received very easy to follow directions. Great location. Only blocks from main pedestrian only area. Great location to use as a home-base. Apartment was well stocked and very nice. Beds were comfortable - major importance to me. Having an assigned parking space onsite was priceless. Would stay here again. Be sure to pack layers. The wind cuts they to bones even if sunny. If no wind, weather was fine.

This apartment in Galway was well appointed and very clean. Looked newly remodeled and was enough room for two couples. Elevator is a plus for moving luggage. Large, modern refrigerator and grocery stores nearby. Underground parking structure with one space was great. Location is perfect near restaurants, pubs, shopping. Management company was very responsive and helpful.
