Located on the quiet beachfront in Bermuda Beach, this charming and secluded cottage offers luxury furnishings and unobstructed coastal views. Perfect for a girls' weekend, a couples' getaway, families or long-term renters who want to embrace island living, the home offers everything needed for a comfortable stay, including modern conveniences, a chef's kitchen, and comfortable, refined furnishings.

Salt Air Cottage offers plenty of options for the most essential reason guests visit: relaxation! Take in the ocean views from sprawling lounge chairs on the wraparound deck and enjoy water views from every room in the house. Outdoor dining options include patio seating and picnic tables. Be sure to make time for a short nap listening to the rush of the waves from the hammock!

Inside, your private retreat is updated with designer decorative touches, newly updated furniture and elements that invoke Galveston's storied history.

The cottage is updated with conveniences that include a new kitchen appliances, crisp updated linens, a washer and dryer, and an outdoor shower. You can pack light when you come to Salt Air Cottage - it's appointed with everything you need for an escape to the beach, including boogie boards, bocce ball, sand toys, and more.

We have 2 cameras outdoors underneath the house to protect your vehicles and against uninvited visitors. No cameras are upstairs, in the house or in private areas.

Super cute, salty little place right on the beach!! Very clean, comfortable, well appointed. Short drive to restaurants and shopping, but away from the bustle of the East End. Only drawback for us was the construction next door; the neighbors are building a house from the ground up, and beachside properties are often close together. We flew in on a Thursday and out on a Sunday—it’s quiet on weekends and evenings. We would definitely stay here again when that’s all wrapped up.

Good location and great beach. Nicely decorated and well stocked kitchen. Washer/dryer were a big plus. Excellent communication. Owners were very gracious after we informed them of a new home being built next door; noise was not an issue for us because we were out n about during their working hours. Our dogs loved the beach/ocean!

This home was outstanding!! Have stayed in homes on the beach here many times, but never had so much attention from owners and so many extras such as coffee pods, bathroom extras and so on. My family and I loved this home and plan to return in the future. You can't get any more beachfront than this!! Spectacular!! Thank you Salt Air Cottage

The photos in the listing must’ve been taken a long time ago. It’s aged more, but that’s no problem for me. That way I don’t have to worry about too much. my dog and I had a wonderful, relaxing time, and looking forward to returning and staying another week. It was perfect for usLove the long covered porch, it’s where I spent most of my time. We did the dolphin tour out of Galveston. That’s a great tour. My dog loved it.

This is one of the beach homes that has stood the test of time. It is very functional and has been nicely remodeled inside. The exterior of the building, especially the facia, deck and stairs needs the same treatment as the inside has received. The water pressure was very low though sufficient for our use. Our stay on the beach was very pleasant and we loved the morning sun rise views from the porch overlooking the beach and gulf.

Beach Getaway

Precious beach house with an amazing view. The kitchen is well-appointed, the beds and linens are great, and there is attention to detail throughout the house. Stevie is a gracious host and excels in communicating and making his guests feel welcome. We can’t wait to go back!!

Cozy home with awesome location!

My husband and I, our son and his wife and our two grandchildren stayed three nights over the 4th of July holiday. It was a great stay and we had a wonderful time. I can’t say enough about the private beach location! Added bonus was Stevie, the owner. She checked on us and was willing to do whatever necessary to ensure we had a great stay!
