Hotel was fair. I was able to have my service Animal with no fuss. But the room itself was rundown and dirty. Big huge stains on the carpet. It didn’t look like the carpet had been vacuumed in a while. To get room service was awful. And then when we got room service, they forgot our door open so when we came back to our room, it was just unlocked and open free. We had valuables in the room. We asked for them not to be in our room when we were not there. But they have their policies and their policies are not going to work for us in future. Therefore, they will not get a better rating.
Everyone was very friendly. When going down for breakfast it was always packed. It seemed like they had some construction going on so there wasn’t enough seatings. There’s just too many people and not enough space. For example when having breakfast everyone is shoulder to shoulder either while serving you food and eating we had to share a table with stranger. Sharing a table is not a big deal but when they’re coughing and not very clean with their self when they’re eating and it travels over to the people around them. The refrigerator didn’t work. We didn’t ask for room service everyday but we did ask for towels and they charged be $2-$4 dollars and they didn’t let me know. They just charged me for them. I didn’t know that they were doing that.
