Enjoy luxury house walking distance to the beach! Bright wide open one-level floor plan with a soaring cathedral ceiling and walls of windows. Open kitchen with a breakfast bar. Fully fenced in yard; a gate for the stairs on upper deck. Witness fabulous sunrises, Gulf views & Southerly breezes from the expansive deck. Master en-suite offering deck access. Spacious guest bedrooms. 2-min walk distance to the beach, a short drive to Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, attractions and stores nearby makes this location ideal. This is luxury living on the beach! "Winter" Texans and everyone else are welcome to book long-term stays (discounts on 30+ days bookings). You will stay in a spacious 1,700 sq ft 3 -bedroom/2 bath stand alone house located on two lots in a highly sought after Palm Beach. You could enjoy sunsets from the deck or take a short stroll to the private beach. The house is ideal for families and couples gatherings and friends retreats and pets are welcome. King size bed with a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, Queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 bunk beds (one with full size bottom bunk bed) in the 3rd bedroom. An additional queen size sleeper sofa is available in a living room. Fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Cable and high speed WiFi, 58-inch TV, DVD/CD player (and a collection of DVDs), access to a large deck from both living room and the master bedroom. Plenty of board games and cards and selection of books are provided for your entertainment. A large outdoor shower accommodates the family and pets. Sit on the deck and enjoy a morning coffee or take a very short walk to the water's edge and get in the morning jog on an endless private beach where vehicles are not permitted. Very peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything the visitors may want to see!

The stay was great, the location was great, one block from the beach. He were able to grill some food and have a great time on the deck. House was big enough to accommodate all of us (8) and still had room for more. Host let us check in a little earlier which was great as we did not want to be caring our luggage around. Wow! We had a phenomenal vacation and in large part to this beautiful property a few steps from the beach. Clean and well appointed. Pet friendly was a huge plus—the fenced-in yard was great for our pups. Any questions I had for the proprietor were answered promptly. We hope to stay again in the future.

The house was wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes. Deck was wonderful. Only complaint is mattresses were old and lumpy and towels very small and thin. Also there were no balls for the foosball table so it took up room in living area and of no use. The kids were hoping to play.

Perfect Getaway

Our group had such a great time! We only had one night and this place did not disappoint. It was clean and had everything we needed and more. More meaning not just one roll of toilet paper, or one paper towel, and trash bag…. It was stocked well! The location was perfect we were able to walk to the beach and come back and forth as needed. The communication with our host was phenomenal. She answered us right away and made sure we were taken care of. We really wished we could have stayed longer. We defiantly will be back!

We were beyond thrilled to find out that this property was even better in person! It had everything we needed and more, and was just the perfect space for our group.Clean, everything working, and about a block from the beach. The owners were responsive, and the check-in/out process was easy! Love that we found this place and would definitely recommend to other large groups looking for a beach retreat!

Private Beach Getaway

Our rental was so great, just as pictured, had everything we needed. It is in a super cute, quiet and private beach community. The beach was very close, truly just a short walk. We recommend and would book again.
