Never even ended up staying. He didn’t think a stain on sheets was a reason to change sheets, then he finally did, and there were more stains , he drug me around fir an hour waiting on him and his non preparedness. Which before I checked in I had to wait an hour. Also they don’t tell you about 15 dollar parking but decided they would wave it for everyone. Pool also happended to be broken!

Terrible experience. Bugs, raw waffles, burnt holes in the sheets of the bed. Beds are full sized not queens. Staff has no idea what they were doing. You have to pay $15 per day to park even if your vehicle is just there for the night. Someone tried to break into our room & maintenance came saying he was told the door was broken even through it was not.

They don’t tell you until you are actively checking in that parking is $15 a night. The staff were not very nice to the people in the lobby. Top it all off with the fact that when we first checked in our TV wasn’t working and there was a stain on our linens

Door to room very hard to open, handle was loose. Bathtub had a continuous flow from the faucet, gallons of water wasted. Reported to staff, but not acknowledged as a problem, this had been dripping so long the finish was worn off that area of the tub. Didn’t appreciate having to pay for parking, there was no notification of this charge prior to check in. Although there was a ‘Continental Breakfast’ the offerings were minimal and not sufficient for the number of guests

Had difficulty checking in finally on the third time got a room only to find out when it rains the wall start leaking right over an electrical outlet Manager was very rude. Did not want to serve coffee at night went down 7 o’clock next morning still had no coffee made terrible property will never stay there again.

The rental rate didn't include onsite parking fees for parking a regular sedan for each night; that cost an extra $$ per night which wasn't on their booking site. Had to go to the front desk and ask for towels and toilet paper. Place was noisy, dirty and felt unsafe. We would have left but had paid in advance with no refund. I would NOT recommend this place.

We booked this hotel and felt like because it was a Wyndham property it would be nice. However the check in was ridiculously slow. Keys to our room didn’t work. When we got in room it was shocking to see the rust on anything metallic. Wish we had taken pictures. It was bad enough that we left and went to a different hotel. Could not recommend this place at all

You pay for what you get! Elevator was not in service, and having to drag bags to the third floor was extremely exhausting. The rooms were neat. A/c in one of our rooms was not working properly. Breakfast only served waffles and toast-total bummer.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. The pictures listed are not of this hotel. It was filthy and rundown. We stayed one night prior to a cruise but it was one night too many. I am surprised this hotel is in business with the awful service and rooms. Never again.

As soon as we enter the property we saw cockroaches in reception area. The internet is not working. When we checked into the room the room is dirty with sand all over the place. The root is damaged and not patched well. Also the pillow is soiled and covered by the pillow covers. The bathroom doors and not locking easily. We cancelled it through expedia and complained to front desk. The guy there did not care about the reason but said our reservation is cancelled. Never recommend this hotel to any one even for half the price.

The staff was very unorganized. When we got there to check in there was people coming and going stating they were having issues with their key card and were needing to be reprogrammed, other kept asking for towels because they were none in their room. When i got to the room the beds were undone, trash in the room, it looked like the room hadn't been cleaned yet (mind you we did a late check in it was 6pm) when i went back to the front desk they were just speaking among themselves in their language with out saying anything and anytime i asked them they said "im working on it". 10 minutes later they gave us another room. Other than that room was very clean. Parking was okay you need to park early in the day to be able to park in the front other wise you'll have to park in the back. And by the way if you want to park in the property they charge $15 extra.

I asked for a refund!! AC was broken, the room smelled like mold and the two beds were like twin sizes vs two queens. The room was so outdated and it took forever to check in. I instantly asked for a refund and I hope to not get charged! Unlivable conditions!!!

Horrible quality hotel. The room had a nasty room odor. There was mold and rust on the lamps one of the lamps didn’t even work. The bed sheets had stains and rips. The mirrors were dirty you can tell they do not get cleaned. They ran out of breakfast foods way before the end time. You have to pay extra for parking when it really should be included with the hotel. You have to get your own bed sheets if you stay for several nights. Do not recommend!

I am updating this from May 19, 2025 because I keep getting requests for how much I "enjoyed" staying at the Wingate by Wyndham. This is a cheesy MOTEL! I was led to believe this was a mid-range HOTEL. The equipment is rusty, there were towels on the floor of one of the rooms, and the toilet seats are scuffed with something grayish-brown. In one of the rooms, one of the lamps does not work.[Update: there were TWO lamps that did not work.] The desk lamps are very rusty. The desk chair in one of the rooms is filthy and torn up. ... The sheets under the bed covers are wrinkled and looked as if they had been slept in. [Update: I discovered that the sheets were possibly king-sized but used on a full-sized bed -- I don't think these were Queen-sized beds.] My friend does not trust the sheets. ... [Update: I discovered the mattress was in extremely poor condition.] There are possibly additional issues, ... [Update: In the morning, we each discovered holes in the ceiling, and my floor had been sliced up.] This was a business research trip for me. I got no work done; my friend was miserable here, and we checked out Tuesday morning well before 11:00 AM, and found more appropriate accommodations. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Wyndham should be ashamed of this property!
