I must say the this place was wonderful. I’m always hesitant seeing great pics, but they were absolutely represents of the property. Beautiful views right on the beach! Couldn’t have asked for a better location relative to. Thank you, Bryan!The other amazing item of note is the amenities provided here. Unlike most other vacation rentals, almost all of your essentials were provided: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher packets, laundry, seasonings for cooking, coffee filters, etc. We bought groceries but so much was already on site and available for use. There was also a new grill that worked great for grilling steaks, burgers, and dogs. There were even some toys (boogie boards, sand toys, etc.) left for our 7 and 9 year old. We had four adults and two kids and did not seem crowded at all. The layout was great and exactly what we needed for spring break on the beach!Honestly, I don’t think there was one bad thing about this. My only note that I somewhat considered while searching initially is that there aren’t a ton of restaurants or bar & grills nearby. To get into town, it’s about 20 minutes. BUT, we had peace and quiet and privacy (almost the only ones on a mile stretch of beach), so you could argue both sides. But we still found some great places that weren’t too far (Jimmy’s, Cooper’s, Katie’s, and Los Vanidos). Overall, it was a great venue and property. Bryan was extremely responsive and friendly. It was everything you need for a great vacation getaway!
