The space

Spacious primary bedroom with an attached bathroom and a king-sized bed. Light and airy with lots of windows and a view of the ocean. Have a cup of coffee & watch the sunrise from the attached master balcony or the living room balcony. Bonus: Both oversized balconies are connected.



2nd bedroom with a queen-sized bed. A bunk bed and a sofa bed in the living area.



Pack-n-play is stored in the closet if you would like to use it. Board games, DVDs, books, and more to make your stay comfortable.



We provide Netflix on all the TVs! And of course, wifi!



Guest access

Our home is your home. Pantry has essentials for your stay, including good coffee, basic cooking supplies, etc. Parking is guaranteed for one car. Second car is permitted based on availability.

The property has elevators, stairs, and direct beach access, making it effortless to move from poolside relaxation to sandy shores in moments.



No need to pack extra for the beach. There is a storage closet you will have access to with beach chairs and sand toys for you to use.



THINGS TO KNOW



* All guests count towards occupancy, regardless of age.

* Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit.

* Per HOA regulations, no pets are allowed at this complex.

* This unit is located on the second floor. The complex has elevators; however, Seascape will be replacing the elevators in Building 2, and they will not be available for use Nov 30-Jan 29.

* The quote you receive is the total amount due for your stay. The service fee charged includes the cleaning fees as well as the required HOA nightly surcharge so no additional payments will be owed upon arrival.

* Each unit is guaranteed one parking spot. A second is available based on first-come first-serve basis.

* There is a shared laundry room onsite with coin-operated washer/dryer.
