Sea & Sun is a stunning beachside home in Sea Isle, boasting breathtaking panoramic ocean views. Freshly renovated, this spacious abode features 3 bedrooms, including a daybed, and 2 bathrooms, all fully furnished. The highlight is its two-level decks offering spectacular views of the ocean, with the beach just a few steps away, making it a perfect retreat for a weekend, a week, or a month.

Designed with an open floor plan, the home encourages social gatherings in the kitchen and living room areas, all while offering uninterrupted beach views. On the first floor, the master bedroom comes with a full bathroom. The second level includes two more bedrooms: one with four twin beds and another with a queen-size bed, sharing a full bathroom.

Your four-legged friends are warmly welcomed here.

Amenities are comprehensive, including WiFi, UVerse cable, Smart TVs, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, an outside shower, a picnic table, outdoor gas and charcoal grills, a porch swing, a gated pet area, various pet amenities, shampoo and soaps, fresh towels and linen, games and books, and coffee machine. Water is safe for drinking. Please note, the cargo lift is not available for guests to use.

A short mile away, The West Marina and Sand Bar invite guests with their restaurant, bar, game room, bait shop, and market. They also offer a boat launch and nearby services for golf cart, surfboard, and paddleboard rentals, enhancing your seaside experience.

Had a great stay! Location allows you to walk directly to the beach and you have can see the water from part of the deck. Really nice inside and has everything you need. Great communication with host.

Everything was as described for instructions for locating and entry. It was a perfect beach trip. Comfy beds, well stocked bathrooms, and all items needed for the kitchen. We loved coffee on the morning porch overlooking the beach!

Vacation

The beach house was exactly as pictured online, beautiful. As a matter of fact, our daughter and grandsons who came with us are already planning a return trip. It was everything we had hoped it would be. View of the beach was excellent from the deck. The host of the property was very gracious and quick to respond to any inquiries. I would highly recommended this property for anyone.

Sea Isle Property

Rented this cabin for a place to stay the night for additional family members who were at another property. Spent most of our time during the day at the other cabin. It was nice, and has a partial view of the beach. The low sloping ceilings in the upper floor bedrooms are not good for taller people, so if you are tall, watch your head. All things considered, it was a good place.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and presented very well. We had plenty of room on the beach to ourselves. Not too far from downtown/Strand where all the action is, but far enough out to be quiet and peaceful!

Location was perfect for us

So many things to love about this place. We could sit all day on the deck watching the water, but with the quick walk, it was easy to come and go to the beach throughout the day. Once inside, you could not hear any outside noice at all. The decor was perfect and the furnishings were comfortable. We loved it was quiet and away from all the action, but a quick drive to restaurants and entertainment. They probably have one of the easiest checkout lists we have ever experienced! Made getting out the door in the morning easy so we could enjoy our last morning. We have already decided we want to book this location in the future. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful Views

The property was in a great spot with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. About 25-30 minutes from Historic Galveston, we felt it was an ideal balance of quiet beach and convenient to amenities. The interior of the property was clean and generally well maintained. We liked the convenience of a bathroom on each level, but the upstairs bathroom strangely doesn't have outlets. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The exterior of the home shows some deferred maintenance, but parking was easy, with a nice deck and underneath space for socializing. The hosts were very easy to work with, and responsive to messages. Beach chairs and toys were appreciated!

Fantastic house and location

We love Sea Isle but this is the first time we have stayed ocean-side. It was fantastic. The house was clean, updated and easy to navigate. The kitchen had all the basic supplies and it was easy to keep our doggo confined yet happy. This particular house has a great view of the ocean from the deck even though it is on the second row of houses. We will definitely rent this one again.

Sea Isle Paradise

Out stay consisted of 5 Family Members. We didn’t have one issue or concern from the moment we got there thru when we left. The Beach House was so nice!! Hubby and I slept in the bedroom on the main floor. The bed was perfect. We all slept so well. The other bedrooms are upstairs along with a vintage PacMan arcade game. The bathrooms were great! We didn’t need anything. The bathrooms had soap, shampoo and conditioner and were both perfect. You don’t need to bring anything. Plenty of towels, Plenty of pillows and blankets and the sheets were so soft. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need along with a huge refrigerator and it stayed super cold. All in all everything you need. On to the Living area. Lots of games and plenty of room with very comfy nice furniture. Smart TV was huge! The little nook in the corner was perfect for reading and just relaxing. The deck was perfect for looking at the ocean and the stars at night. I would recommend highly to anyone looking to have a great time. We hated to leave but we left with a lot of great memories and seashells.🤗😍❤️

Beach Retreat

What great location and comfy home. This is away from the hustle and bustle of the Seawall, in a quiet little neighborhood. The beach is right out the door. The home is comfy and clean. Will definitely stay again. Thank you Linh for having us!

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Isle

The property was well maintained, had two grills, plenty of parking and very close to the beach. The owners made us feel very welcome with a gift bag for my grandson and cupcakes for his birthday. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The bathrooms appear newly remodeled.

Location was amazing but..

Location to the beach was awesome with an awesome view. When we arrived the AC was set to fan (as the check out instructions say) and the house was at 94°. It took all night to cool it down. There were roaches and the pantry smelled of roaches.
