No pets allowed… as much as we love them, we do not allow them in our home in order to remain sensitive to other guests that may have allergies.

Non-smoking… No smoking in the home – we are family-friendly & desire to keep the property clear of any traces of cigarettes / other smoking devices.

No parties of any kind… We ask this out of respect for our home and out of love for our wonderful neighbors.
