Cet hôtel est vraiment magnifique, avec des chambres spacieuses, un rooftop impressionnant, un excellent restaurant et une situation géographique idéale, proche de tout.

Stunning property nestled between a couple of other related properties. Very quiet and beautiful grounds, rooms and accommodations. The staff are incredible; friendly, welcoming and eager to help make the stay a pleasure - and it was. We spent 5 days here; 5 days of that truly decadent breakfast, 5 days enjoying the luxurious grounds and service. Lana and the staff here made us feel like family. Arkoudi, the nearby town, is wonderful and has some great restaurants and a really nice bay beach if you find you want to explore outside this Grecotel resort area. My work brought us here, and it's been a lovely discovery - we would like to return to the area and the Mandola Rosa for another trip in the future!

Outstanding property and stay - perhaps service can be improved a bit more. There was a bit of miscommunication re towel replacement and water refill. Lastly, I would encourage the hotel to review its policies regarding smoking (particularly cigars) in outdoor dining areas, as well as the display of sexually suggestive content around the pool, especially considering the presence of young children.

The hotel itself is beautifully located and private swimming pools are a must with a young baby. Nevertheless, it is not at the level of a four star hotel, far from it. The food (breakfast and dinner) is substandard - a shame not to have good fresh sea food, honey or olives in this area. The service is also below standards and cleaning is not completely done everyday (dishes are not removed, beach towels not replaced, baby chair not always cleaned etc). Finally, the spa does not belong to the hotel and the lady is good but not completely transparent with the prices and a bit pressuring you to get massages. Overall, we will not return to this hotel mainly because of the very quality of the food and service. Too expensive for what you get.
