Pool was nice. Grill had a full tank of propane. Plenty of room for our party of 8. When we arrived to the property, the bedding had not been cleaned after the previous guest.

Not enough towels, so you may want to bring some and the diving borad not working. It just needs some updates to the house. Otherwise we had a great time. Would go back.

The place was clean and easy to get to. Check-in was smooth. The photos are from a while ago and don't reflect the property's current condition. The place needs some TLC. That said, it was a good trip, and the kids had fun playing ping-pong.

Comfortable house

House was big enough to sleep 14, beds were comfortable and house was clean. Great communication with the host, had to advise the host of several repairs that needed to be made and he was open to the information. My family enjoyed their stay but was unable to swim due to the red ants surrounding the pool.

Great time!

We were in for our daughter's wedding. The home was surprisingly roomie! Two upstair sections and so many sleeping options so everyone could be comfortable. Our wedding venue was 10 minutes away in Valley View, so it was a perfect location too! Everything was so welcoming and clean and tidy!

Great house, needs updates

Beautiful property. House was great and perfect for what we needed. The pool was well kept. A couple things were broken and we had to buy a couple things for the house. Our host was very easy to get in touch with and it was an overall great stay.

Clean property and

The pictures especially of the backyard look different than in person. The other pictures made it seem more open it was still good for us in the kitchen was great but there was a few oddities. Stairwell bannisters were loose, in this heat it would have been nice that they but the air conditioning on because it took hours to cool down. The lights in the living room are attached to the switch for the ceiling fan so the track lighting you couldn't turn off. The bedrooms, bathrooms and other areas were clean and very comfortable. Overall, it was perfect for what we needed.

Peaceful and chill place!

Nice house with a lot of spaces to chill and gather. Rooms are plenty to spread out. The pool is a nice touch to relax as well. Beautiful trees up front and plenty to gaze at! Property Manager was responsive. as per other comments the pictures don't do it justice, it looks much nicer in real life!

The house and property were very nice. I think it had more bedrooms/beds than listed which we could have used for additional family members. The code for the front door did not work and took a couple hours to resolve.

Great stay

Just as advertised and well appointed. Smoke detector was beeping upon arrival. Since there are not any stores nearby to buy a replacement 9V maybe consider stocking some in the home. It was wedding weekend so we didn’t have time to reach out to the property manager to help out.

Family travels to Texas for Wedding

Comfortable beds & peaceful area made for great rest. Kitchen nicely equippef; kidsWell paved roads minimal traffic made getting about a breeze. Gainesville is a good town to visit.
