  • The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything- centrally located townhouse. Updated 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom townhouse, Close to shopping and a variety of restaurants. 12 minutes to Ben Griffin Stadium (Gator fans), Shands Medical Center, and North Florida Regional Medical center

    ***Each bedroom has a queen size bed. In addition we can provide a queen size air mattress to sleep a total of 6 people. At time of booking please let us know if you require an air mattress.****

    This comfortable townhome is perfect for short or long stays. 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with a washer/dryer and access to common area pool, you`ll certainly feel right at home

    Guests will occupy the entire space.

    Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.     Please note that the AirBNB extenuating circumstances cancellation policy does not cover hurricanes in Florida or COVID, but the insurance covers both 100%. We ask that you please purchase AirBNB cancellation insurance at check-out in order to cover any unforeseen changes that would cause a cancellation or early departure that is outside of the cancellation window (i.e. weather related, health related, flight issues, etc...). AirBNB offers insurance at check-out and if a circumstance arises that would cause a cancellation or early departure (outside of the cancellation range, or an early departure that arises during your stay), then the insurance policy will refund you 100% as long as it`s within the terms. Thanks! And we hope that nothing would come up that would interfere with the trip, but we want to make sure you`re covered just in case.
    If no insurance policy is purchased, that`s OK, too- we are happy to open up the dates on the calendar and try to re-rent. If we can re-rent, then we can refund the amount recuperated, but we cannot issue a full refund unless we can re-rent from an early departure or cancellation.

The host was fantastic to work with, even when I had to extend for medical reasons. Cleaning staff really needs to pay attention though. Coffee grounds in coffee maker and just a wipe down in kitchen with items not moved to be wiped under.The unit is beautifully furnished, and the towels are so soft and fluffy!!! I like to fall asleep watching tv, so I can vouch that the couch downstairs sleeps very comfortably.

This place was great for a family because everyone got a room. Perfect price point for busy weekend in Gainesville. The apartment was nice enough and beds were comfortable

Great price

We arrived quite late, but the check-in process was seamless and easy. During our stay, we were mostly out of the home as we were in town for a softball tournament, so we mainly used the space to sleep and shower. The host was excellent with communication and made sure we had everything we needed. The townhome is older, and while the appliances are not the most modern, it served our needs perfectly for the short time we were there.

Good option for last minute football weekend

We decided, rather last minute, to head to Gainesville to attend a Gator game. As expected, finding lodging was a challenge. All hotels were sold out and only a handful of short term rentals were available. I chose this one based solely on the price, as the few others left near campus were outrageously expensive. The pros: The location is convenient to many of the attractions that would interest guests. While you are not walking distance to the UF campus (which we knew), it’s a quick drive. As noted in the description online, the townhome is located near an abundance of shopping and dining options and offers quick access to Interstate 75. The booking and check in process was easy. The instructions were clear. The linens were clean and comfortable. The WiFi worked well. The management company provided sufficient coffee, paper products, soaps, shampoo, etc. to get you through a couple of days which was appreciated. The cons: The townhome could really use a refresh and a deep cleaning. With the exception of the bed linens which seemed new, the rest of the place is old, worn and mismatched. The kitchen was not very well stocked. We didn’t plan to prepare a meal there but if you do, I’d check to make sure you have the tools you need ahead of time. We enjoyed having a place to all be together, had a good meal close by and had no problem getting to our parking area for the game. Overall, I can say that this is a good option for budget conscious guests.
