"We had a wonderful family vacation here! The home is modern, clean, and fully stocked with everything you might need during your stay, which is so helpful if you’re coming from far away. The location and view are beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. The property manager is kind, prompt and very helpful. Our three young children enjoyed the bunk beds and the outdoor area. We would definitely stay here again!"

"What a home… the view, the space, the location are all stunning. John made the check in incredibly simple and was kind enough to drop by the next day to welcome us. If you’re looking for (somewhat) remote tranquility on a stunning Irish peninsula, stop scrolling. For the very reasonable price John charges, you won’t find better. I promise you! Clean, spacious, well equipped and PLENTY to do within a short drive, you have it all in this lovely home and area."

"Perfect location to explore Connemara and a lovely property, beautifully renovated for a most comfortable stay. Lovely hosts with great suggestions and a playful dog to make us feel at home. We particularly loved fly fishing at Ballynahinch Castle (Hugh as our guide), exploring the Killary fjord area (scenic cruise was nice) and Kylemore Abbey, the ferry to Aran islands. "Wir haben zu viert 9 Nächte im Ferienhaus verbracht und hatten eine tolle Zeit!Ausstattung und Möbel sind sehr hochwertig und es ist alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte - Geschirr, Gewürze, Waschmittel, Kaffee etc. Die Betten waren sehr kuschelig und bequem, die Bäder sind modern ausgestattet und sowohl die Küche als auch das Wohnzimmer haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.Die Umgebung ist wunderschön! Das Haus liegt direkt an einer kleinen Bucht mit Blick über das Meer und sanfte Hügel....

(Kleines Manko sind einige Bäder ohne Heizung - dadurch schwer Handtücher zu trocknen). 5 Minuten vom Pub entfernt mit sehr leckeren Essen und netter Bedienung. Sehr schöne und ruhige Umgebung. Tolle Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. "

"Ein einmalig schönes und geräumiges Haus mit schönen Zimmern, toller Küche samt Ausstattung (zerkratze Pfanne wurde umgehend ersetzt) und super Wohnzimmer. Absolut geeignet für eine große Familie oder Freundeskreise. Vom Haus hat man einen direkten Blick auf das Wasser und die gegenüberliegenden Halbinseln Camus und Rosmuck. Der Bruder der Vermieterin wohnt nebenan und ist super hilfsbereit, sogar mit einer kleine Reparatur am Auto konnte er uns weiterhelfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt....

"Words cannot express how wonderful this cottage and our stay was! The cottage and the surrounding area are beautiful. (We absolutely loved the kitchen and the views). Our host Liam gave excellent recommendations; we loved horseback riding on the beach and hiking Diamond Hill. The beaches are a must see! Guys Bar in the downtown area had great food and servers. We miss being there and hope to return in the future."
