"I remember arriving at this cottage and being so impressed by all the amenities: - the cleanliness - the parking space - the dedicated gas grill outside - the dedicated parking space - the clean pool I couldn't believe how the cottage layout was so optimized because it had everything you needed during a stay - utensils, a fan in both rooms, an AC unit, cable tv, a compact shower with plenty of towels, a small kitchen table. "It's a nice little older property has a couple of charcoal grills and a small pool . Kind of plan in the room no pictures on the wall one pillow one pillow each one towel one towel each. A fold-up TVs table / card table is what they had for your table in the room and one TV tray on one side of the bed definitely would have been nice to have 2 TV trays so both people could have a nightstand. But only a mile or so from Old orchard Beach that we did not go to we drove to York beach"

Only complaints The hallway smelled of fish my whole stay but luckily not in my room. I said I would checkout between 9-10 Noone should be opening my room door before 9.
