"Urbana FLH Hotels Lisboa clearly exceeded our expectations. We arrived at 9am from the rain and cold outside, and Felipe at the front desk was most welcoming. He was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. When he was not able to find a room available at that hour for the category that we have booked, he upgraded us to another room that was available, thus allowing us to check in early. He also invited us to enjoy the wonderful breakfast! The hotel is very well located, within walking distance...

"The hospitality was just amazing. Came in to find a bottle of wine, then the minibar was free. They brought wine and made the beds and topped up coffee pods for Turn down service. The room was beautiful, took a deluxe room with a balcony overviewing the street with trams. The bathroom and amenities were just great. Walking distance to everything. We love it!"

"Hotel was beautiful and clean but what stood out to me was the staff - very attentive, friendly and super helpful. Johanna right at check-in at the registration desk, gave us lots of useful information, recommendations based on our plans, and even helped making some reservations for us. The location is great that one can walk to the old town and attractions, tons of restaurant choices nearby and close to water. I would love to stay there again if we visit Lisbon again. Best, Anis"
