Villa Lucente by Homie is one of those places. With classic décor inspired by late Victorian style, this villa transports you to an environment worthy of an enchanted book, where every detail has been carefully thought out to create an elegant, welcoming and timeless atmosphere. An ideal space to enjoy Madeira with family or friends, whether as a starting point for exploring the island or simply to relax and slow down.



Imagine starting the day on the veranda, having breakfast in the sun, with a book in hand and the surrounding silence marking the tranquil rhythm of the island. Here, each moment invites rest and contemplation.



Upon entering Villa Lucente, you are welcomed by a spacious hall that leads to a bright living room with an integrated dining area, perfect for gatherings and shared meals in a serene environment. From this space, you have direct access to the furnished terrace, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day, enjoying the sunset and taking in the panoramic views over Funchal whilst sharing meals and good moments.



Still on this floor there is one of the villa's suites, equipped with a double bed and private bathroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals comfortably.

For greater convenience, there is also a guest bathroom on this floor.



On the upper floor, the villa has three additional bedrooms, designed to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests: a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and a suite with a double bed and a small balcony, from where you can enjoy views over the bay and the city of Funchal.

This floor also has a shared bathroom, ensuring functionality and practicality during your stay.



The location is another of the great highlights of Villa Lucente. Situated near the centre of Funchal, it is a short distance from cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, groceries and bus stops, allowing you to explore the city easily on foot or by public transport. For those who prefer to hire a car, the villa has a private garage, guaranteeing total convenience.

Guests are responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and its respective equipment. Damage, loss or misuse identified during or after the stay may be subject to the application of a damage fee, intended to cover repair, replacement or extraordinary cleaning costs.
