Villa Muscat is a 300 m² bourgeois house from the early nineteenth century, set on a large garden of 1500 m², in the downtown. Here, everything is within walking distance: shops, market, restaurants... and even the beach is 3 km away, accessible on foot or by bus (stop nearby).

🛏️ A real family home, full of charm and very much alive
It's not a standardised villa: it's an old house that has its own style, its volumes, its little flaws... and that's also what makes it so charming. We improve it over time.

🎨 Note: a ceiling could use a brushstroke, the terrace has lived, the painting of the pool clearly needs to be redone, but it is masterfully maintained by Laurence, and the water is still clear. Nothing that can spoil the holiday.
We prefer to say it so that you come for what the house really is: authentic, well located, and welcoming.
