This hotel is absolutely terrible from all point of view. First of all, I booked it online and already paid the full price. However, when I checked in, the staff member told me that my room is not available due to maintainance issue. Moreover, the staff told me I have to either cancel my original booking and rebook at the front desk, or I need to look for another hotel outside by myself, which is actually enforcing me to just book the room on hotel side alone since the time was almost 7PM (he know that I don't have other choice). But, that was not the worst part. After I was enforced to rebook at front desk, I found that my next-door room that is the room type I originally booked for, is available and no maintainence issue at all. This hotel is basically a cheating to the customer, and also to the Expedia. In addition, my room booked at front desk, which is much smaller than the one I originally booked, is almost same price with before. The room is dirty, and has cockroach, along with no room service at all. There was even no comforter but just a sheet. During midnight, the outside of the room is very noise and looks like the hotel did not ensure a quite place for people's sleep. In general, as the victim of this hotel, I strongly recommend that the Expedia, either blocklist this hotel, or suspend its access to the Expedia system. Also, I request the Expedia should offer some compensation for me since such kind of low-quality and cheating hotel is still be found at Expedia!
