Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that comfortably sleeps large groups with 8 beds (including one air mattress). Enjoy modern amenities throughout, including high-speed WiFi and 4K Roku TVs with complimentary Netflix . . Nestled in a serene and secure neighborhood, it offers proximity to shopping and dining. Positioned just 1.5 hours from both Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks, and only 1 hour from Kings Canyon National Park, this home combines comfort with convenient access to natural wonders.

The heart of the home is our fully equipped kitchen, featuring a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, air fryer, microwave, stove, refrigerator, pots & pans, dishes, and silverware. Essential cooking ingredients such as salt, pepper, spices, and sugar are provided, along with complimentary coffee and tea.

Families traveling with infants will find convenience in the Pack 'n Play Playard, complete with a comfortable mattress.

Step outside into our inviting backyard oasis, designed for relaxation and entertainment. A spacious gazebo provides shade over a comfortable seating area, perfect for enjoying meals or lounging with friends and family. Fire up the BBQ grill (tools provided) and savor outdoor dining experiences. HOUSE RULES. Only registered guests are allowed.
*No parties /events. If such activity is observed, you’ll be asked to leave without a refund.
• Quiet time between 9 PM and 7 AM.
* NO PETS, if pets are found on the property a $600 deep clean fee will apply in addition to the $189 cleaning fee and guests asked to leave with no refund, no exceptions, OWNERS occupy the home part time and are HIGHLY ALLERGIC.
• Do not use the Premises for any illegal activity.
• no smoking inside the house if smoking is detected inside the house There will be an extra charge of $600 to perform a deep cleaning.
• Guest should dispose of garbage in the trash can outside before checkout.

• Turn lights off when away.

• Turn lights off before check-out.

• Clean your dirty dishes and kitchen utensils if used before check-out.

• Do not use white towels, sheets and pillowcases to clean up makeup. Black makeup towels are provided for you to use.

• Do not use the white towels for the pool, additional towels for the pool are provided.

• No children under the age of 18 in the pool without adult supervision

• If you cannot swim, do not get in the pool without supervision

• If air mattress are used, put them away before check-out.

• If BBQ grill was used, please clean it.

• Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest.

Relaxing Staycation

Visit to Fresno for niece's HS Graduation

This was by far the best Vrbo stay that we have ever experienced. Sergio was a fantastic host, quick to respond with communication, and the property and area were a fantastic stay for a family with young people. The pool and home were both well maintained, clean and very easy access to where we needed to go in Fresno and Madera. It was comfortable and everyone had their own space. Our teen girls loved the bunkbed bedroom and my older parents liked having the double queen bed room to be able to spread out. The master bedroom was great also for myself and the other young adults to crash. The outside area was wonderful as it was typical warm June weather in the Central Valley, so the time in the pool and outside on the patio and Gazebo were fantastic. I walked almost every day that we were there and the other families in the neighborhood were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when we go out to visit my sister and her family.

the host did all he could to help me in the situation but the customer service reps were a joke was never able to get a place to stay ended up in a motel 6 for Christmas i closed my account and will never use or have anything good to say about VRBO

Their was still trash left from who ever stayed their before us, We had to buy toilet paper and propane to be able to bbq. The front door knob fell off when we first got to the house. I received a message as soon as I got to the home saying that the pool and lawn care people would be by to service the pool and to mow the yard. We booked this house 5 and a half months ago. If I was renting my house I would have it serviced when it’s not rented out. Since check in is not until 4 and check out is 11. The outside area is beautiful! Pool and sitting area.

Amazing stay!

We were in the Fresno area for a bridal shower and to spend time with our nephew and his fiancée who just moved to CA a year ago. Sergio’s home was so clean and had everything we needed! The pool and backyard areas where the perfect places to visit and reconnect. Sergio was so responsive! Would definitely stay here again! If I could give it more stars I would! Thank you, Sergio!

Fresno Family Celebration

Stayed here to celebrate my mother’s life. It was a perfect location. The house was excellent to host a few family members after the event. Quiet neighborhood that is well maintained. Sergio did an excellent job responding to our needs and questions.

Location Brilliant! We were far enough out of Fresno, it was quiet, clean and out of the city.

Fresno is a Very depressed city. We were out in the suburbs, close to grocery stores, fuel, and supplies so that we were self contained. The pool was great (cold). TV, Netflix, wifi, sleeping arrangements were perfect. Kitchen was well supplied, and the whole property was VERY Pristine! thank you Sergio. Now I have to fix the "payment situation, even though I gave VRBO my card number you are saying I haven't paid. Only sad thing here.

Business training and pleasure

It was a good experience renting this property. Sergio was fast in responding with me before the check in . The house was equipped with what we need. It is centrally located to where we wanted to go. Went to San Francisco , Yosemite park and to our families who live in California after our business training which was 15 minutes away .
